“Had a great experience! I'd never rented a UHaul before, and the manager was so chill and helpful. I'm kicking myself for not getting her name, but it was excellent customer service. We rented a 10-footer for 20 miles of driving for about $60. I hope my next project is near this location.”

“Connor did a good job of following up after my experience of renting a box truck and made adjustments to my final bill after I told him the AC wasnt working on one side. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent at an affordable price.”

“Considering you're dealing with a breakdown, it was an awesome experience. Easy to find; big facility; very clean; great people. Brian Briggs was extremely polite and helpful in expediting the process. Although the problem wasn't what I thought (tractor air leak,) the tech explained it in a way that I was able to fix the issue created by my trailer in 2 seconds. Thanks again.”

“My rental didn't start well. I rented a 22' truck for a cross-country move from Utah to Texas, and the truck broke down about 10 minutes into the drive, which led to a long delay and a rough first day. Getting the issue resolved was also difficult at first, and it took more persistence than it should have to get someone to take ownership of it. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. Jarod, the manager, ultimately stepped in and got everything resolved. He took the situation seriously, followed through, and the resolution was fair. I'm pleased with how it was handled in the end. Breakdowns happen, and what matters most is whether a company makes it right. Thanks to Jarod, this one was.”

“Great service, easy booking process. The store owner/manager Jared was incredibly kind to me. He went out of his way to help and actually gave me excellent life advice too. I will always go here as long as he is in charge.”
