“I purchased a LoveSac sectional from the Farmington, UT location three weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the staff and the ordering process. We were not sent the shoe print and had to call the store after delivery to request it, only to find out they had no record of the configuration we had selected, making it difficult to re-create our sectional.
While assembling the couch, we discovered we were missing a cushion and a cover. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was kind and apologetic, but informed us that the store had made a mistake when ordering the pieces — and that we would be responsible for paying the additional cost.
We requested some form of compensation for the store’s error and the misquote we received, but were told there was nothing they could do. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I am extremely frustrated that at this price point, we have encountered multiple issues and are now expected to cover a significant unexpected fee due to the store’s error.
Update: The Farmington store Manager did reach back out and offer a 5% appeasement discount due to the errors that were made with ordering our cushion which would take care of the addition cushion cost. Thank you Molly! We really appreciate it!

“This furniture store is the best store I've ever been to. My mom recently moved to NSL from out of state. We went in a couple times looking at the best fit for a mattress for my mom. Both Lindsay and the gentleman were so much help. They both helped us meet our quality expectation while staying in our budget. The third time we came in we paid half of the said mattress to have it ordered. That night my mom was taken to the ER and had to go into emergency surgery the next day. I wanted my mom to have her mattress by the time she came out of surgery to ensure a comfortable recovery. When we called Lindsay she was able to get us a mattress that same day and even gave us free delivery. It may sound like something small but we are currently all going through some hardships and she really heard us and went above and beyond to help us. I'll be sad to see them leave their Bountiful location but I wish them luck wherever they relocate to and their future customers will be so lucky to have them. Thank you Lindsay and all your staff for your attention!-Family Oliva”

But paying over $3000.00 for the sectional to not even have it 2 years and the material is just ripping on the cushions, going through dealer who we bought it from is a nightmare when ever they have to do anything for warranty, they’d rather send out their techs to try and fix it than to actually file a claim for warranty, and when they do file claim they say it’s always denied! what’s the use of a have warranty on furniture if the dealer and manufacturer don’t honor it?UPDATE:The owner of the company made things right! Thank you so much!!”

“Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!”
