“My daughter went for a birthday party. She absolutely loved it!! 😍
We saw people we know coming out from doing awesome flips! It is a great little hidden gem.”
“I’m 67 years old and in good shape for my age, but I was still a little nervous walking into my first Barre3 class. Any hesitation disappeared immediately. The instructors are professional and clearly know what they’re doing, but what sets this place apart is how genuinely kind and welcoming everyone is. I never feel out of place — quite the opposite. This class has become one of the highlights of my week. If you’re wondering whether Barre3 is for you, the answer is yes. Come as you are.”

“I've been training at Rise 4 and love it! Working out at this gym has been such a positive part of my routine. The workouts are tough but doable, and the coaches are attentive without being overbearing. They really pay attention to form and make sure everyone feels comfortable modifying when needed. What I appreciate most is the consistency and the community. It's a place where people show up, work hard, and support each other. It's a solid workout and good energy. I'm really grateful to have found this gym!”

“I have had the best time going to Burn the last few weeks. Everyone at this location is so friendly! The trainers are so encouraging and kind. The workouts are challenging but everyone makes the workout fun regardless of how hard it might be. The childcare is also incredible! Everyone that works with childcare is so kind and I know they are watching over all the kids with care. It is also so clean, I never worry about my baby getting sick! I wish I could get everyone I know to workout here!”

“Visited the Bountiful OT while I was visiting family in Utah. It was a fabulous experience. The gym was clean, the staff was friendly, and the instructor recognized that I was a new face and immediately introduced herself and learned my name. Went twice that week and loved both workouts. I’d definitely recommend this OT gym location.”

“Since joining Orangetheory Fitness 476 classes ago (to date), I’ve met many wonderful people and coaches who have supported and enriched my roller coaster ride of a fitness journey. When I relocated from University Place, Washington to the SLC studio, I worried I wouldn’t find the same sense of belonging—but the SLC family quickly stepped up to the challenge.
Every morning, William, Emmerson, or Hailey greet me with a cheerful smile, making the studio feel welcoming. The coaching team—Sydni, Jess, and Emily—each bring their own unique strengths and motivation, ensuring every workout is both challenging and rewarding. Each also provider killer playlists for every workout.
When I think of OTF SLC, I’m grateful for the supportive environment and inspiring community. Here’s to many more classes and memories!”
“I booked a semi private pole dancing lesson for me and my friends here and I’m so glad I did!! Summer was an amazing teacher! She helped us all feel comfortable and confident as beginners. I would absolutely recommend Salt Mine and I will be back for more classes.”

“When the courts are available it’s the best in the state. Not sure why pickle ball courts were built outside when they still take up space inside. I understand winter but we’re in the summer so let us utilize the basketball courts.”

“Some folks are looking for a social scene at the gym. You know the people. Name brand sweat clothes. Brand new kicks. They gather around the water fountain drinking their protein and flexing in the mirror together. I am not that guy. If you make eye contact with me at the gym on purpose please know I am hoping your car won't start when you leave. Having said that, we all review gyms for different reasons. Lift has ALL the things any gym should have (Minus massage chairs). If you are a serious person concerned with fitness this is the place for you. They have phenomenal staff. Their programs are great and the instructors are tip top. They keep the place clean and there are fresh towels everywhere. You can't beat the price of membership. I have to mention Paul. Paul is the maintenance guy. I am new to this place and don't have the hours memorized just yet. I showed up to an empty gym and thought it must be due to turkey holiday. So, I geared up and hopped on the treadmill. I ran for over an hour and then went into the sauna. They were closing when I showed up. Paul didn't even disturb me. Reportedly he had some work to do and saw that I was focused. He let me run for 80 minutes and sit in the sauna for 20 before he let me know they had closed hours ago. What a guy. Although the weekend hours are no where close to what I want them to be, I have to rate this gym at 100% for the afore mentioned reasons. Also, come join me here at Lift. The place is fantastic. Just don't look me in the eyes!”
“Hub and Spoke!!Wonderful breakfast with the family. Very attentive service. There were 8 of us and the competency of the server was flawless. We had a young women who was friendly and happy to be of service. Everything we got there was hot delivered on time. Very tasty.”

“This year I'm extra thankful for the service I've received at Bountiful Anytime Fitness. Bekah is a phenomenal, compassionate human being, is knowledgable in the programs this gym has to offer. She maintains a clean facility, the showers are large/cozy. Gym has good equipment, I LOVE the newer ellipticals. Luci is a magnificent addition to the Gym, I enjoyed my free consult, she's knowledgable in fitness/nutrition, is very compassionate. BONUS: the other mbrs here are kind/friendly. I don't know how I'd have made it through these last few months w/out this gym & the compassion that radiates from it. Thank you so much for helping me while I'm getting back on my feet, recovering from Hip Replacements & on my journey to a healthier me! .•.??♀️•?•??•?.•.”

“My husband and I are both members. Such a great community, my family fits in perfectly here! The programming is modifiable to all levels, and the coaches know exactly how to adjust it for you depending on what your goals are. It’s easy to get to, right off the freeway, the owners and members are amazing and it’s one the less expensive gyms / CrossFit boxes AND it comes with free childcare 2 hours / day; 5 days per week - we wouldn’t be able to get to CrossFit like we wanted if it weren’t for them!”

“No idea why more people don't know about this place? It's classy with an upscale feel compared to your local meat markets VASA and PF. No service fees and only 32 bucks a month! Convenient 24hr access. Optional classes. Is it because there's no tanning for all the materialistic Davis County people? This is an absolute beautiful gym.”

“First gym membership Ive payed for since graduating from college. Great price, open late hours most of the time. I've had no issue getting a machine. I do wish there were some more heavier dumbbells though, if someone is using a heavy pair I often have to wait but I don't mind just using other equipment.”

“way better than eos down the street! it’s way less busy and there is so much room to set up for your workouts/plenty of matching machines so you’re not waiting forever for one thing. absolutely love the cinema room for the privacy while doing cardio, and they are very attentive to starting the movie when it ends. staff is always super nice and greets/says goodbye every time i pass and helped when i spilt my water. also plenty of cleaning wipes around the gym to wipe equipment with after sets. my only complaint would be the bathrooms are pretty run down/nasty (like things falling off the walls ie-toilet paper holders) and need a good makeover, which i know the employees don’t have any say in so i’m not knocking a star off for that.:)”
“This gym has made me love CrossFit. The only thing I regret is not joining earlier. Coaches are amazing, every work out is fun and challenging… you will get stronger, make friends and have a blast.”
