“We are new customers converting from Verizon. T Mobile saved us quite a bit of money on our monthly bill with more perks and services. During this process of setting up a new account Kasumu, a store employee, was incredibly helpful in getting us setup. Kasumu exemplified amazing customer service taking whatever time we needed to explain and walk us through the process. Due to the circumstances our signing up process took a couple of days to complete. He was so professional. Even as we kept him there after hours he didn’t try to hurry us out but made us feel like VIP’s. I highly recommend Kasumu.”

“My phone would only turn on for a minute at a time and t-Mobile was having technical difficulties and our Angel Jaime walked over and helped us and got everything set on my new phone and would not let us leave until he fixed it all for us I would rate this 100 out of 10 visits we will definitely go back with our phone issues apple sent us over to T-Mobile because they couldn’t fix or turn on the phone and Jamie did it and turned it on and also set us out for the T-Life app that got us credits for our next bill overall this was a great experience would come again they where busy when we came in but they were very thorough and always checked up on their clients”

“The AT&T store Representative at Farmington Station was nice and helpful. After going to the Apple Store to get my phone repaired they sent me to AT&T to add my phone number to the phone I got from Apple since it had to be totally wiped out for repairs. There was no wait and done quickly.”
