After failing to find the 5 gallon BEHR ceiling paint Layton sent me to Centerville to grab, she helped me find exactly what I was wanting without the extra $80 charge adding stain blocker to the ceiling paint I was really looking for. She was very helpful providing solutions while helping 3 customers at the same time. Smiling, friendly and helpful. So much better than the 5 employees changing prices in the Layton paint department yesterday afternoon that couldn’t be bothered to help me find the head hood I was searching for.”

“After using two B hyve Indoor/Outdoor timers successfully for a few years I decided to upgrade my Internet service. That required that I reconnect these two timers to my new WiFi network modem. What a disaster... nothing I tried would work.My attempts at contacting customer service were frustrating and the communication I did have with Orbit technical support, via text messaging, was of no help and ended very quickly.Through my own persistence and a whole lot of luck I finally did get in touch with a real person at Orbit who took the time to listen to the problem I was having. This kind man cared enough to take my case to others within the Orbit organization. By the end of the same day I had been contacted by a technical representative at Orbit who also went above and beyond what I would consider typical standard of care for a situation like mine... and I am well on my way to a solution.While the standard technical support system at Orbit may not be functioning efficiently right now, a company with employees who care as much as the two individuals that helped me today do, should be able to get things back on track.Thanks for your help today.”
