“We got rejected for delivery at receiver because of trailer mechanical issues, called dock to dock for help and they got us unloaded in 30 minutes. We set an appointment for following day at 8am and these guys finished delivering the load for us, no storage pay overnight just because it was Christmas and wanted to help us out

“I had a fantastic experience with **** Brothers today. Worked with ****** at the store on E 300 S. We were traveling through the area and had two tires damaged by local roads. They did everything you could ask to get the proper tires for our truck and get us back on the road. It was done in less than 3 hours. The entire crew was friendly, efficient and made a difficult moment disappear. We can not thank ****** and the staff in the service area enough for their help!!!Sincerely, ***************”

“Often our company tells us loads here are preloaded drop n hooks but they aren't because my company is terrible about giving them trailers to preload. But my last visit they actually did have trailers. They had me drop mine in one dock then stage in front of a trailer in another dock. And yet, I arrived at 2000 for a 2200 appt and they gave me paperwork around 2330 so either way drop n hook really doesn't mean anything. You can show up whenever as far as I can tell and park on lot and wait but don't expect loads to be loaded early.”
“As for location..it's very challenging backing up..not.much space for wiggle room but very doable..staff there was more than 5 star rating..they will help you out backing into the door because you will need to back up from the street..unloading was great...just sat down to eat my meal when they knocked on my window and said I was done..lmao..”
“Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!”

“Before you start to whine and cry, read this: Drivers, you all know that grocery places take 6 to 8 hours to load. You know that before you get there. They are all the same. Plan what you're gonna do before you get there. Ask yourself..... What am I going to do for the next eight hours while I get loaded.
You know if it if the shipper is the name of a grocery store or you notice it delivers to a grocery store or grocery whse , you know you're gonna be there freaking 8 hours so deal with it.
Option number two: tell your dispatcher and your company not to send you to warehouses or pick ups that deliver to grocery stores.
Last but not least, look up just in time delivery system. The united states grocery world is operated on a just in time delivery system which means your load will never be pulled before you get there, get it, got it good.
Now get out there and earn some money. And remember, if it wasn't for us International Delivery, Boys..... no one in the world will have shoes, clothes or food, or anything they use in their daily lives.

“If you order from crate and barrel, I recommend doing pick up. Saves some money and based off the reviews saves time and hassle. The only issue I had with pick up is I got a call to schedule an hour window to pick up my desk. When I called back, a different lady from the person who left a voicemail told me they don’t deal with crate and barrel and I had to contact them directly to sort out scheduling. She wasn’t the nicest about it either. So I was worried after seeing the reviews and after that phone call that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up.
The warehouse was easy to find, they had a little crate and barrel sign. we pulled to the side of the building and checked in. I wish I got the names of the staff that helped us cause they were great. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in fast. We waited at the garage for a little and the guy loaded up my desk into our truck. Very friendly guy and fast. We had a nice little conversation, signed off on the pick up, and were on our way. Anyway this is a long review to say I really suggest doing pick up rather than delivery based on the reviews.”

“Worker that helped me was very polite and helpful!Added photo with hours and phone number for pickup since it's nowhere to be found online. If customer service sent you to pick up your package I'd call ahead! 2 of my 3 packages were in a truck by the time I got there so I was only able to take the one that was "on the floor". Keep in my they have thousands of packages, especially during the holidays so be kind and patient to workers!I always have issues with FedEx but this high rating review is for the worker that helped me and not FedEx as a carrier.”

“I've there today and I bought a lot of ski gear. When I got there, it was very crowded because they have amazing deals! Employees are very nice and helpful. You can find ski and snowboard gear, also they have bike gear. I went there with a friend and we could not stop buying gear, and we only spent a few hundreds.”
