“Purchased a second utility trailer from this location, larger this time. Purchase went smooth as usual but when I went to hookup to my new trailer, I couldn't get the hitch to latch to the ball. After awhile of troubleshooting (including having my kid bring another hitch from our shop) we decided to try another trailer altogether and it turned out something was simply wrong with the other trailer (not the stores fault since they don't build them). Zach was super helpful and apologized the entire time. He maintained a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel right. Will continue to shop here”

“I purchased online. I prefer to do the curbside pickup. Most people Verizon customers will have no cell phone service on Northside drive in Bennington Vermont when you try to let them know you're there for pickup, they don't get the message because Verizon really needs to add service to that area. They have a Verizon store. You cannot use the Verizon phone in that area. Can AT&T really rule. I saw a young man pulling 22 cards from the parking lot to the front door with a strap on his back and a strap on the last cart, I said to the young man do you have a motorized cart to push the carts, he said yes it's in the store but it's broken down. That is not the way Walmart should be taken care of their employees. ??”
