“This Vermont Flannel Co shop recently opened in Church St Marketplace. It shares the store space with Vermont Teddy Bear. It’s very nicely designed and kept tidy. The store has a limited number of popular products like Flannel shirts, t-shirts, pants, jackets, and blankets.

There’s no fitting room at this store, which is a bummer. I still bought a flannel shirt, XS size. It was $89, prices are on higher end, but understandable for the quality of the product. The associate was very helpful with the checkout. He signed me up for a rewards account. I received a 10% discount coupon in my email towards my next purchase. I took the shirt back to hotel and tried it out. The XS fitted perfectly as I had anticipated. Happy to have purchased one of Vermont’s iconic product.”

During my experience at the counter, I worked with a young lady named Brittany, and because of the fact that she was so new, with the question that I had, she had me speak with her supervisor Samar. It’s rare that you encounter someone who is so passionate about what they do, their desire to provide the most incredible customer service, and not just going the extra mile, but going the full marathon to make sure that your experience is absolutely the best one you’ve ever had, but this is the exact description of Samar. I had had a less than impressive experience with customer service on the phone, and Samar worked tirelessly to make sure that at the conclusion of my phone call, that I would be leaving her store 100% happy, which is exactly how my visit concluded. I hope to see Samar at all of my future visits!”

“You know, it’s fast-fashion so that’s not worth 5⭐️to me. But…they are one that has been trying to improve that situation for a while now. Their basics line and now many more lines are made up of 25% and up of recycled plastics, ect.But my favorite thing they do is take in and recycle your fabrics that aren’t in good enough shape to sell or donate or do anything else with but make rags. Bag those up and keep them out of the landfills! Take them in and they will give you a 15% card off an upcoming purchase. This is awesome of them to put their money towards this issue and for that my family and friends are loyal to them.”

“I'm a regular at the salon. Christina and Elizabeth are great! I had appointment this morning with Christina, she does an amazing job as always! However, there were 2 additional stylists in the salon with Christina. One stylist was doing toner on a client and the other stylist, she had green hair I believe, was sitting in a chair on her phone doing absolutely nothing. 3 additional people came in looking for hair products and asked the stylist sitting in a chair if she was free to help them and she told them no. The girl didn't even get out of her chair to help them! The whole time I was there for my appointment, the girl didn't move from that chair! What is she even doing there?! Everyone I've ever worked with at the salon has been super nice and helpful, but this girl just didn't seem to want to be there.”
