“A very nice store, clean friendly staff, its connected to vermont bear store and theres a different variety of things from shirts pants robes scarves blankets tote bags they do have some items currently 20% off but im not sure how long the sale will last. They are a bit on the pricey side around $80 for a flannel shirt but it is a very soft comfortable flannel shirt and it never is a bad thing to treat yourself to something nice sometimes. Its not a huge location but its easy to get to easy to shop in and with friendly helpful staff easy to like. I dont live in vermont but had to come here because I do love my flannel shirts and now I got 1 just from vermont. 🥰”

Although I didn't physically go to the store, she offered an incredibly high level of customer service and hospitality. FWIW - I first called and emailed their corporate CS, which was a terrible experience. Elle at Burlington Hatley took care of everything promptly and professionally - again, unlike their corporate CS. Highly recommend everyone seek out Elle!
