“Clean store, good offerings for being a relatively small space. The cashiers are *almost* always friendly, just a couple could use some customer service training. Definitely a place I stop at several times a week!”

I also think their prepared foods are priced too highly, especially for the quality which is just good, not great. The staff is nice overall, but there is definitely a problem with drugged out homeless people hanging out outside the store's entrance and exit pretty much anytime I visited”

The staff is only too happy to help locate something l am having trouble finding in the store. Invariably, a staff person accompanies me to the aisle to personally help me find an item.
Customers are polite and courteous .
Prices are fair and there are many sales that are perks to coming here to shop.
One of the things l most enjoy here is that the staff listens to my requests for more of an item and they do their best to accommodate my request. It results in an explanation that is satisfying and/or it results in an increase of the item.
Price Chopper has a wonderful selection in produce, meats, and a wide variety of other departments . The kindness and courtesy of the staff adds to the welcome feature of this food store.
I highly recommend Price Chopper to anyone seeking a good place to food shop.”

“They were very hospitable to us when we walked in and never have I experienced such great customer service. Truly admirable! Couldn’t leave without buying anything, as a lot of the stores on this street are really nice. I feel like tourist should come to this street to be honest. So many cool stores!”
“One of the OG asian store in Burlington. Lots of variety! Fresh fruit, vegetables and fish (hence the smell!) They have items that other stores don’t sell. If you live near by, go check them out!”
“I like the store is open until midnight almost every night. The staff seems to be friendly enough. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that the prices are definitely higher then most of the other stores in the area.”

“I love this store; it's bigger and cleaner than the one in my hometown of St. Albans, and the people are much nicer. If you go before Christmas ⛄????, your kids can write letters to Santa and drop them off in the mailbox, which is adorable.”
“My kid goes to school with a family who has recently become unhoused. I went to go this store at an obnoxious hour to get individual cereal packets and shelf stable boxed milk so this family can have breakfast. I couldn’t find the milk. WHEN I TELL YOU the security guard at this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find this milk, it’s not even his job to know where things are but he was like I GOT YOU, and we went on a journey to find it. Success. Boxed milk ✅ this man deserves a raise, a holiday bonus, and a high five.”
“The manager Mike was amazing person. I addressed the concern about a Starbucks coffee I had Sunday and he was very understanding and for myself I wasn’t looking for anybody to get fired. That manager is amazing thank you Mike and I appreciate it very much.”

“This place gets a bad rap but it is truly my go-to for both late night snacks and early morning Yerba mates. The staff has always been kind, prices are pretty mid-range for the area, and I think the selection is pretty good. I think of it fondly.”
