“10 stars for Tim! I came in with my family on a Saturday planning to get new gear for my husband and I as it has been a number of years since either of us have replaced/upgraded anything. We were set on Burton so probably would have purchased items regardless, but our time with Tim made it a truly memorable experience and as a result we are now Burton customers for life. Tim spent over two hours with us walking each of us through his recommendations based on our riding experience/style. We were with our 2 year old and 4 month old - so there were plenty of interruptions 😅 - and Tim was so patient and upbeat the entire time. When I first started snowboarding in middle school I felt so out of place and it took me a long time to feel like I could fit in. I wish I had met someone like Tim then to get me set up because I would have started out much more confident and at ease as a result. Our kids are definitely going to start out on boards now. In fact, our 2 year old was so excited from our time at Burton that we got her on the mini hill at Bolton the very next day. Tim is truly a testament to the sport and community; Burton is lucky to have him!”
