“On my way to Colchester to visit a friend, my car hit a bump and I heard loud clunk on a back wheel. Had no idea what happened and I didn't want to drive 1.5 hrs back home incase it was serious so I called MasterTech for an emergency repair. Keith was very sweet and patient with me and told me to come on in. It turned out to be one of strut and coil springs that rusted pretty badly and came apart so they replaced it before the end of the day and even gave me a ride to my friends place and then back to the shop. The repair was pricey but probably expected since it was an emergency but other than that they did a wonderful job, and were so incredibly kind. I am so thankful that they were close by, otherwise I would have no idea what I would have done. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and for that I am grateful. Thanks guys!”

(Possibly coincidence but I not sure) While price is not my most important deciding factor, I've always considered their quotes either fair or below my expectations. Highly reccomend”

“Art and Nortons Auto are excellent. I called one morning and got in contact with Art regarding a ‘15 Buick Encore overheating and undrivable that had not been being driven other than around the block once a week or so for a year and a half as well as an F250 with some front end noise. Art was able to get me in just 2 business days later, and seemed to be the type that somehow probably wouldve accomodated if I had seemed eager for it to be done sooner. His communication was amazing and he answered the phone every time I called. He found very minor problems on the buick and truck (a miracle), resolved what was needed, and had them available for us to pick up within just hours of dropping them off, respectively- cant say this will be everyones experience as we definitely lucked out on not needing parts ordered or more in depth work but none the less, to have a shop organized enough to paperwork, diagnose, and repair a vehicle in just a couple of hours while keeping the customer in the loop is impressive. We had a tow truck drop off the first vehicle and Art was very accommodating for that as well. Overall, it was a great shop and mechanic to work with and we would reccomend Art to anyone in the area looking for service!
I dont often pull the woman card in a review, but i will here because it was refreshing to walk into a mechanic and not feel the difference in treatment from the first step into the shop- Art respected what I knew and was able to educate and advise on both vehicles without being condescending or overcharging- a breath of fresh air lol”
