“My wife and I have been taking our cars to Steve and Sean at Pecor for years, and we’ve always been extremely satisfied. They offer fair prices, do top-notch work, and most importantly, they’re honest and trustworthy. You can rely on them to take care of you and your car without any games. We recently bought a car from Pecor as well, and it’s been a great experience. Steve is very selective with the cars he chooses to sell, and he made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic and dealer, Pecor is the place to go.”

“We were looking for a honest automotive repair for our vehicles. I happened to see NEA online with positive reviews, took a chance and so happy we did! NEA is professional, friendly, extremely helpful and very affordable. They listen to your concerns, give information on repairs with pricing prior and has open communication making the whole process uncomplicated. We definitely recommend NEA and will be using them as our auto repair shop going forward.”

“Great experience with Brian’s North End Automotive. I brought my Accord in with a blown head gasket, and they were honest, helpful, and did a great job on the repair. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were easy to work with throughout the process. It’s really hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop, especially after having some bad experiences with other places. I’m really glad I found Brian’s, and I’ll always recommend them to friends and family. They’re definitely my go-to shop!”

“My daughter brought her car in for new brakes. They took the car 1st thing in the am, gave her a very reasonable estimate, were finished a couple hours later with the actual cost being almost $250 LESS than the estimate (when does that happen???!!). They even checked underneath for damage as a result of a fender bender my daughter had the previous week (no damage found). They were honest and more than reasonable. My daughter felt so comfortable, much more so than other places we called for an appointment, and reassured. As a mom being away from her daughter, that made all the difference!! Will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Burlington Brake Brake and Muffler!!!”

“We bought our first Audi from Josh Machado at Audi South Burlington a few years ago, and the experience has been exceptional from day one. Throughout the entire time I owned that car, anytime I was in for service, Josh would always check in to see how things were going and make sure I didn’t have any questions. If I ever did need anything, he was always just a quick call or text away and responded right away with an answer. So naturally, when we decided it was time for a new car, Josh was our first call! We found a car we absolutely fell in love with and purchased it, and once again the entire experience was fantastic. The team at Audi South Burlington truly is amazing — from sales to service and everything in between. We’ve always felt well taken care of, and Josh has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy long after the sale is complete. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the entire Audi South Burlington team!”

“Had a great experience here! Justin took in my vehicle and tire when I brought it to be fixed. He was polite and helpful. No additional services or products were pushed on me. I was told what the potential costs would be if my tire was not repairable by simple methods. The tire price quoted was fair and I was given reasonable options. It was also offered for me to bring in a tire purchased elsewhere if I could find a better deal. They also roll the initial diagnostic cost (only $49) into any greater cost you might have to pay so you aren’t paying extra for it. The place seemed very fair and I would return.”

“Overheated and a broken drive belt, my vehicle broke down at 2 PM. Not being familiar with the area, a local resident (previous mechanic) suggested I call Noyes Automotive for assistance. The car was towed to the repair shop just before 3 PM and I was informed around 4 PM that my car was all set for a pick up. Mind you, I had been traveling 8 hours before the breakdown and I had another 5 hours left till my final destination. Not only did they fix my car, their shuttle service dropped me off and picked me up, which allowed me to find a comfortable place to recharge while they worked on the vehicle. The car ran perfect and I arrived safely back home. Service like this is rare to find and I am so grateful for experiencing what true service looks like when things are not going so well. I am writing this review to truly “Thank” all the folks that helped me get through my troubling situation and were a part of me getting back on the road.”

“On my way to Colchester to visit a friend, my car hit a bump and I heard loud clunk on a back wheel. Had no idea what happened and I didn't want to drive 1.5 hrs back home incase it was serious so I called MasterTech for an emergency repair. Keith was very sweet and patient with me and told me to come on in. It turned out to be one of strut and coil springs that rusted pretty badly and came apart so they replaced it before the end of the day and even gave me a ride to my friends place and then back to the shop. The repair was pricey but probably expected since it was an emergency but other than that they did a wonderful job, and were so incredibly kind. I am so thankful that they were close by, otherwise I would have no idea what I would have done. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and for that I am grateful. Thanks guys!”

“Jeep service had my Grand Cherokee L for 2 full days to work on a recall issue, replacement of steering column and then my state inspection. I must return for a 3rd day for them to finish the steering issue as they did not have parts/time before the Labor day weekend. I am generally pleased with Jeep service but I would guess they might not have noticed the steering issue if my husband had not pointed it out.”

“I ran over a nail in my front tire. Took my car to VIP Tires they told me their wasn't anything they could do to help me. I found Double G Auto after doing a quick Google search. I called them, they fit me in with no issues. I was back on the mean streets of Burlington within 10 minutes. Thank you. Highly recommend”

“Got used to using local dealship for warranty. After warranty was over we had to wait weeks' for appointment at the dealership, they charged high fees just identify the issue, and they tried to charge almost 800 to fix A/C. By comparison, Dolan's got us in within 48 hours and fixed everything for less than 200 and made a concerted effort to save us money through finding parts. Will be using Dolan's moving forward - very impressed!”
