“I have been using Town Fair tires for a bit now. I love the free tire rotationswhen you buy the tires with them. Recently, we had a bit of a problem. I had a flat on a single tire and brought the tire in to be fixed. It needed to be replaced (which I knew). Unfortunately, it was not replaced with the exact same tire and I did not catch it. When we went to have our winter tires mounted (almost a year later) the error was caught.
Jon was the salesperson we worked with. He worked with his management and they swapped out the tire with the correct one and all we paid for was the mounting and balancing. They went above and beyond to help us out. As long as they keep up this kind of service, they will have my business!”
