“I moved here from SoCal, and it's my first snowy winter in 20+ years, so I was pretty clueless about what I needed for winter. Garrett took his time explaining my options over the phone and was knowledgeable and patient answering my questions. I got great snow tires for several hundred less than I expected to spend. They put them on and did an inspection I added at the time of my appointment in about an hour. I'm so happy I ended up coming here, they are kind and efficient and great at what they do. I also wanted to add a note that I was told that the online appointment scheduling doesn't work well and often double books, so if you scheduled online, I'd also give them a call to confirm.”

“I went to put air into tires at a gas station since my tire pressure was pretty low. When I went to put air in, the tire pressure just kept going down. My mom walked to Noyes to ask them to help. Chris was kind enough to drive my mom back to my car and confirmed the tire valve pin was bent out of shape (the air dispenser must’ve been frozen - it was sub zero temps)! I took my car to Noyes to get my tire fixed and it was very quick. Chris and crew were courteous and good-humored. Thanks so much for this great customerservice!”

The crew drove the car around the block to feel what was happening and then resolved the issues. I didn't have an appointment and was a walk in and they still serviced my vehicle quickly even though having many appointments. I highly recommend buying tires here as well bring a repeat client myself. If there were more than 5 starts I'd select them all.”
