“Our car broke down while we were on vacation. It was after normal business hours AND a holiday weekend! It was hard to find a place locally in the time we were calling, but Albert picked up the phone himself and took the time to explain all our options. He was happy to fix the car despite the holiday. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process and his prices were very reasonable. Our car was quickly back on the road and he checked in to make sure we got home safe. He saved our vacation and we are very grateful to have found such a great mechanic. Absolutely stellar service!”

“I got a flat on I-91 and was able to limp to Rod's on the baby spare. Even though they were very busy, Rod's quickly checked it out, firmed up my spare and sent me to buy a new tire. And they didn't charge me a nickel! Great service.”
“It's always scary going to a new place with my car when my normal mechanic can't get the work done, but I cannot overstate how amazing this whole ordeal was. I needed one of my back rocker panels welded and an undercoating. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, however I delayed it for a year. When I went back, they quoted me the exact same price despite my assumption that it would be more after a long winter of salt and dirt. They also pointed out rust on one of my fenders and a whole in the plastic lining of my car that I was hell bent on ignoring. When I got my car back, Don and his team had done all the necessary work but had also welded on a patch for the rust on my fender and patched the hole in my lining, free of charge. I cannot express how relived it made me feel. They were efficient, fair, and kind (even laughed at my really bad jokes). Hopefully I won't have to return, but if I do, I feel that I can do so with confidence.”
“After three shops in Cape Cod told us to junk our 2007 Honda Pilot due to a supposed transmission leak, we decided to get one more opinion—and towed it 168 miles to Richmond Auto Repair on my brother’s recommendation.
Doug quickly diagnosed the issue wasn’t the transmission at all. Using a dye test (which no one else had done), he found the location of the leak and fixed it for a fraction of the cost we were quoted elsewhere.
We were blown away by his honesty, skill, and thoroughness. I’d make that drive again in a heartbeat. If you’re lucky enough to find your way to Doug, you won’t be disappointed. I just hope he never retires!”

“Last week while driving to Vermont a stone chipped my front windshield on my Pacifica. I took a shot repairing it and I went to PORTLAND GLASS. I got there before 8 AM and the technician Ryan came over and looked at the problem immediately.
The service that he provided was professional and his advice informative. They had me on my way in about 25 minutes and saved me the time and expense of replacing the entire windshield. The chipped spot is barely visible. This is a good reliable vendor that can do more than just auto Glass.”
“I was told by another local mechanic shop that I needed over $1500. In repairs for my exhaust for my Subaru Legacy. I took it over here for a second opinion and they were honest, upfront and explained everything in detail before doing the work.
Robert was very easy to talk to and polite the entire time I was there.
I didnt have to pay a fee for them to tell me what's wrong with it. $466.50 to have what was needed replaced. It pays to get a second opinion. Thanks again guys.”
“This past Friday, I was on the road, 150 miles from home - headed to a gig… Low Tire Light comes on and the panic sets in… limped into location to find Keith and Kyle ready to help! Within 5-minutes they identified the problem and within 30-minutes my tire was patched and I was back on the road! Can’t thank Tire Warehouse enough for restoring my tire and getting me to my event safely!”
“I was traveling down I91 North when my check engine light came on. I am from Washington state so I didn't know any mechanics in the area. I did a quick Google search and decided to try Sonnys. When I got there I told the mechanic Dave (the owner) what happened he took time out of what he was already working on. He diagnosed the issue and quickly got it taken care. The price was fair and Dave had me back up and running so fast my head was spinning! I recommend this shop to anyone traveling through or who lives there!!! “Came in with a flat tire. Within less than an hour they looked at my car, pulled out the metal that gave me a flat, patched it up and had me on my way. All free of charge. Great service and lightning fast. Will definitely be coming to them when I actually need a new tire.”

“We emailed after hours with some help on a 1990 Jeep--which has a long and sordid history full of adventures--and quickly got a response from Curtis (who turned out to be in sales). Long story short, Curtis was absolutely delightful and arranged for us to speak with Rich, the mechanic. First thing the next morning, we talked to Rich who had us bring the Jeep in. Right away, everyone in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Rich diagnosed the problem, worked on the problem and offered further advice. Having an older Jeep, truly takes a village and it was so lovely to find ours here at Summit Jeep. To anyone who needs to buy a new Jeep--go see Curtis. He's amazingly kind, warm, genuine, and I'm certain will treat you like family. To anyone who has a Jeep that needs special care, go see Rich. He's a gem, that knows and loves Jeeps. Thanks Curtis and Rich for keeping me smiling! You guys are the best!”
