“I've rented a unit here twice in the past few years and each time it's easy to do online , you get your own code for the gate. You always get a receipt for each payment . The units have been clean each time . The prices are good compared to others in the area. they have a variety of sizes to choose from . You can access them 24/7 Anytime I've had questions I received an email back or phone call back in a day or two. When you are finished with the unit and leave it clean like you got it , they are quick to do an inspection and refund your deposit. I will definitely be going back if I need one in the future! And I always recommend them anytime others are looking .”
“I used the new location on Nokian Tyres, and it is very nice! The property is securely fenced and feels secure, all around. During heavy rain I wondered how the facility would keep everything dry, I believe it was during the flood that caused so much damage in the area. I went in there and everything was pristine, I could tell that water hadn´t penetrated the space at all. I think the owner/manager goes there often to check on things as well. Nice guy!”

“Im an O/O. There was a bit of miscommunication when I arrived but after everyone understood each other, pickup was very fast. 100% will never pickup a trailer from anywhere in this area. Took me 5 hours to go 80 miles trying to leave NY. I'll give them 5 stars because the trailer was actually loaded and ready to go but ill never pickup East of the Delaware again.”

“This is not only an amazing storage facility - great quality units, clean and secure. But the owners, David and Colleen, and the manager, Ron, made us feel like we were family. We moved across the country to Vermont, didn’t know anyone, weren’t sure what to do with all our belongings while we hunted for a home, and had been turned away by multiple other storage companies before I called them up. David was not only immediately happy to help us secure a unit, but also provided us with helpful suggestions about living in Vermont (with his wife Colleen also on the phone telling me which were the best places to take my daughter skiing once the season hits), and made me feel so much better about showing up in a state we knew little about. They worked with us when we suddenly needed to rent a second unit. They worked with us when our closing on our home suddenly fell through and we had to extend longer. They all were endlessly happy to help. They are the kindness we so often see lost in this world. And the kindness we definitely need to see more of. It sounds ridiculous, but we came for a storage unit, and I left with some hope for our future, and a resolve to be more kind myself. I can never thank them enough. I’m not sure they’ll ever know what a big difference they made for us during such a difficult time.”

“It started with the initial call with Jen, who was.kind and professional plus they followed up a few days before with a phone call too! Caleb and his crew were amazing! They came in did what they needed, asked questions when they were unsure and we were very impressed on how polite and respectful this group of young men were! They packed a whole house in the truck in about an hour and a half and were careful and respectful with my mom’s belongings!
