“First step print shop ROCKSSS! I was at my wits end figuring out my wedding invitations - I was running out of time, nothing online felt right, and I just wanted to design my own. The ideas kept coming but I had no idea how to execute -- this print shop *stepped* UP! Answered a million of my questions, communicated almost entirely overly email very promptly and efficiently (lifesaver for anyone who works full time), staff designer confirmed and made pre-print adjustments on design details I didn't think of, so that my vision could come to life exactly as I wanted. They were ready for pick up within a few business days and looked AMAZING at the same or even under the budget of ordering bulk invites from those fancy wedding websites (invite, addressed envelopes, detail card, vellum wrap!). Thank you again and to anyone reading I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”

Minute Man definitely picked up the slack and has been a pleasure to work with. I love that I can just drive over to them and snag the labels if I need them, but they're more than willing to ship as well. “Super fast production of a 5-poster project! It came out perfectly and was very high quality. The two women staff members I dealt with were helpful and very accommodating of my needs (I wish I could remember their names -- they deserve a medal.) The work far exceeded my expectations. My only negative is the clunky online order system, which is impossible to navigate if you have a custom-sized, multi-page order. I wasted a lot of time trying to submit my order and finally gave up and called the store, at which point they gave me an email address to submit my order and took it from there.”

“These folks work their tails off. They are clearly understaffed but I have always liked it here. Mistakes can happen but I believe they really do try. I went in looking for paint markers and a young lady helped me out right away and told me one of two aisles they would be in. I found them within minutes. I sometimes go here for Amazon returns. It's the same line as the cashiers so the wait can be extensive but they're understaffed. They do what they can. Mistakes do happen though. For an amazon return, I wanted the money put back on my card rather than credit towards my next amazon purchase. The gentleman seemed rushed for sure and probably did what was quickest to him. I asked if he could reverse that and he said no. Annoying for the customer they just assumed but it's what it is. I still give 4 stars just because it's not their fault they're understaffed. Just be very very crystal clear on the amazon returns/refunds.”
