“From this FBers pov, the yard guys are very helpful in regards to getting the load of drywall off my trailer in a timely matter between rain drops, and they even helped me to roll up tarps. This says a lot for the owners of this store in that they must treat their employees well since they in turn are nice to we truck drivers. Thanks Poulin Lumber”

“Aubuchon in Hardwick, VT - friendly staff and delightful shop cats, and nice selection. I had an issue with an online order for pick up in the store. The issue had nothing to do with the store, but the manager went far above and beyond to help me resolve it, and he did. I was really impressed with the level of customer service!”
