“I love Ledyard. The staff at all the branches are super friendly. They are a local bank and not owned by some big corporate bank with a main office in Nebraska or somewhere, which is why I use them. If I need to call them, I dial a local number and talk to an actual person and not an autobot on an 800 number somewhere. They always treat me right and I feel like a VIP.”
“The Bank teller was great. Very friendly polite and efficient. However he could have used some assistance and it was hard to determine if there was other staff available for that. And this bank was going to be training another employee on safe deposit boxes after he was finished with me and by that time there was about 5 customers waiting on line for him. This teller also greeted me before I entered the bank as he was worried about the icy side walk and fixed that issue and attended to the customer ahead of me. This poor guy could use some help or a raise. This was Monday 3/9/26 approximately 1pm. The bank was in a very nice building more esthetically pleasing than most and was very clean and neat.”
