“Update: they never answered any of my emails or calls about the wrong item ordered but they did just send out a new bag of the right stuff no questions asked... BEST BEEF JERKY EVER!Just ordered some beef jerky from their website, the beef jerky is phenomenal taste is phenomenal but the customer service has been very subpar. I ordered a pound of beef jerky and I have emailed them over three times with all of my information to just make the order right. I don't even mind sending back the wrong jerky that they sent but I've still heard nothing. Not even so much as an acknowledgment that they received my email. Outside of this this would have been an easy five-star review. If they do get back to me and this is taking care of I will gladly change this review to reflect that”

“Love this Hannaford location! Staff are attentive and friendly for the most part but one employee was extremely rude when price checking something for me that was priced wrong "product was $3.00 more expensive then advertised so she looked and said that it's not false advertising because it doesn't say the quantity of the product on the sticker just the name lol”

Jordyn is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and always gives her best effort to get the job done quick and efficient. “Definitely better with the recent upgrade! Better lighting, clean aisles and more checkout counters. More food choices and dessert options (still not as much as the Burlington location). Still sad that starbucks wasn’t added. Hoping for a wing bar with more wing sauces options.”
“In desperate need of a dehumidifier, I came in a rush and worried. Isaac kindly greeted me, saw I was in panic mode, walked me to the isle, even carried the dehumidifier and checked backstock for alternatives with it being the last one. Isaac went above and beyond and was so personable and helpful. He deserves a raise and a management position to teach others his fabulous customer service skills.”
