Typically we bank at the North Avenue branch but due to a change in personnel Kerry was filling in there as a manager on top of his regular job. “This review is regarding how well this particular branch has been managed. Liz and her team value each client individually. It is hands down the best TDbank branch. If you want personal service, long term employees who know all of your kids names, and tellers who can start your transaction as you are walking in, this is the place. I can not think of any other branch in Chittenden County who has a team of employees who collectively achieve this level if service. In fact, presently, the downtown BTV - TD drive up is closed due to staffing issues.

“My husband and I decided to get a home loan from NEFCU from the recommendation of a friend who has been an NEFCU member for years, and we are so glad we did! Given that we were looking to find a home that had both a living and work space for an artist was no easy task, so we knew that more than likely we would need to do some renovation. NEFCU had the perfect loan that allowed us to include a renovation with the mortgage, which was perfect. The entire team, Sara Wright, Kelly Kayhart, and Danielle Laware walked us through the process and paperwork, explaining in detail and providing documentation on what was happening in each step, what was required of us and what NEFCU was doing, and handled each of our many, many questions with such patience and professionalism. The difference in our experience with NEFCU was that they each took the time for us and made us truly feel like we were their only customer. “I checked out several banks to set up estate funds. Banks I went to were either too busy to see me, not trained, or waiting for a customer. I was the only one in the bank!
Last bank I met Erin. She said hello, and told me just a short wait and she would see me.
I can't tell how nice this visit was. Very Happy, well respected, very friendly, well explained. Highly recommend.
By the way my regular bank credit union would not open an estate account because all members have to be affiliated with credit union, all reside out of state.
