The Jericho Café & Tavern
30 VT-15, JerichoCars were parked in the lot plus along the road, attesting to the popularity of this resturaunt however my friend and I were seated right away, we sat in a very cozy section in the back. We could hear the band but it wasn't too loud. I opted for a light lunch of Mac and tomato soup. The soup was ok but needed some hot sauce to kick it up a notch The corn muffins were confusing ,there were blueberries in it and served with a citrus butter. The muffins were somewhat dry, and if I wasn't told that they were corn bread muffins I would not have known ,seemed more like a cross between a muffin and cornbread. I'm not sure if I wold have chose a citrus butter ,I think a maple or honey butter would have been better.
