“I recently made an online purchase of patio furniture. Because I did not know how to complete this myself I went to the Customer service counter at the Berlin VT Store. A customer service person named Nancie spent at least a half hour helping me thru the process on my phone. I couldn't have done it without her help! The set has arrived without any complications. Thank you Nancie! You should be Employee of the month for August!My next visit i had a very helpful cashier named Coalby. He gave me clear and helpful information to follow about how to update some information on my Kohls card. Thank you Coalby!”

“Giving this store 3.5 stars. The women's clothing has become mainstream with too many polyester "over 60" style florals and bold prints most Vermont ladies would wear. They end up on the clearance rack. Keep bringing in Tahari, Rachel Zoe, and other good designer brands that breathe and look good. The juniors section is skimpy midriff showing sizes 2, 4 and 6. My daughter won't shop here. Men's section should be larger, there's hardly anywhere to shop locally for men and Kohl's prices are going to drive them out of business. Kitchen section has gone downhill. Bring back nice decorative towels, runners, and not the kitschy seasonal stuff. Would love to see Tommy Bahama pillows again too.”

“Its walmart. Only complaint is there needs to be more manned registers.HOWEVER, This particular store is amazing. I left my phone behind while checking out, and someone was kind enough to return it to the service desk. The service desk closes at 8, but the employees that were working the floor were kind enough to answer and let me come and pick it up after hours. Thanks guys!!”
