“The tank was very low although the delivery was scheduled I had to call to be sure I would have a delivery. The first person I spoke to seemed to be out of the country and difficult to understand. The second call was with a local person and was very helpful. A delivery was made and the driver was very helpful. The estimate of the tank was somewhat off from the actual tank reading. However all was satisfactory and the tank is full. I do commend the driver for his efficiency and helpfulness.”

“It would be nice to have actual hours that you're going to be open on Christmas instead of "hours may changes on Christmas. You'd this a company of your size that wouldn't be too much to ask.Furthermore you work your employees to death& can't even offer a living wage, that why you have so much turn over, it's despicable. If someone calls out sick and 1 person has to do the work of 2 people, PAY THEM DOUBLE TIME. You hire people and treat them like disposable work horsed, and the have to deal with dissatisfied customers while you sit in your cozy office. Be a leader not a boss. It's inexcusable. “Called AAA for a flat tire from Waterbury and they responded very quickly and courteously. The next morning this service station was able to do the tire repair and switch the tire back quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!”
