“If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I love big lots in general, it's my very favorite store to shop at but have never been in such a well kept one and have been in 5 throughout New England in Maine Ct and RI, 1 that I shop at often. All of the others, some much more so, could use a lot of attention in the upkeep of their stores. One was especially filthy. This store however was spotless, including the restrooms, and very well organized. Wish that my local big lots was this nice. Their staff is definitely some of the best, thank you to all for still caring when sadly so few do these days. Kudos to all!”

“Wanted to add that i go there many time for cat food and I always find what I need for cats there! Good with stock. I always have staffs that are so friendly and patient. I could see some staffs would take time and have a decent conversation with people in the store to make feel we all are welcomed. Decent price too! Strong sense of community there. Triple kudos!”
“Needed to replace some towels and bed linen quickly (after a minor health emergency, (sorry if TMI)). They had a good selection of the things we needed and prices were very fair. Will stop in again.”
