“I drove my 16 year old vehicle from California to Vermont in 2020, and left it in storage for 2 years before I started driving it again in December 2022... needless to say, it's gone through some wear and tear. A few days ago, my vehicle started making a strange noise when the car started, and creaking noises when I steered... turns out that i had a cracked Serpentine belt (which could've left me stranded if it broke) and my power steering pump needed replaced. I'm new to the area, and chose A&D Automotive because I drive past it anytime I cross from Route 7 into Vergennes. I popped in without an appointment and was told to bring it back the next morning at 8am and they would fit my car in between appointments. Originally from California, I'm used to mechanics who lie, and charge for work that they never did. A&D Automotive is THE FURTHEST from all the bad experiences I've had elsewhere. I cannot say enough about the mechanics here who present not only a professional appearance, but the highest of professional care. They called me throughout the day to update me on what problems they found and only proceeded after receiving authorization to do so. I picked up my car a few hours later, and was thrilled to hear my car sound like the beast it once was, when it was brand new. To say "thank you" for their efficient and thorough care of my vehicle is the least I could do. But I'm writing this review so that if anyone else should find themselves in my predicament (new to area) will feel confident in entrusting the mechanics at A&D Automotive, with the care of their vehicle.”
“They fixed the car wash! The old dilapidated one has been replaced with a shiny new one from Executive. The card reader actually works, there many more wash options, and the equipment looks all brand new.”

“I pay less in my town south of here, but it's a mobil. They have gas and free air (which was what brought me here this time). My tires turned magnetic and one picked up a screw, I have heard that a slow leak can sometimes let You get almost 700 miles, I was going over 200 miles, so I filled my tire and drove to my mechanic. I was thankful this place had free air because I have NO money, even my mechanic took pity on me and did fix my tire for free. It's nice that Mobil is one of those stations that one can count on to have air, but I have had a few occasions the machine was broken, but NOT here, I have put miles on and found some machines over the years were out of service. This Mobil has what one would expect the place to have, gas, air and a small store, although I admit I didn't go beyond the air pump as I don't live in the area. I happened to feel something was odd in my steering, the car was pulling in the back, and managed to park in such a way the screw was up AND I actually saw it, versus it being the side on the ground. I filled the tire and I waited about half an hour and then rechecked the air pressure, it was actually HOLDING! I knew that I was going to be risking everything to get to my trusted mechanic but I made it and Mobil is one of the reasons, if it weren't free I would have been sunk. Thank You for not kicking me out of the parking lot while I waited!”

“Appreciated the help of the counter lady. I had a car that was disabled in the yard. Cell phone connection was poor and non existent. I was able to leave the vehicle in the parking lot until a tow truck was able to get there on Sunday. Other customers were understanding as well. Thank you for the help on our 56th wedding anniversary evening.. Jun.25,22”

“Great service from the ladies at the counter.Usually reasonable gas prices. I’ve never received bad fuel here. Which is saying something considering I gas up here twice a week.”
“No bad place to get the things you need only problem they ID people over 50 even though they're regular customers. And they know they're over 21. Thats making customers go elsewhere. They are losing lots of regular customers and businesses because of that!!”
“They actually have a pizza oven here, so the pizza is much better than any other gas station you'll find. New York Style, they usually have cheese, meat, and a barbecue chicken for slices. Nice bathrooms too.”

“Friendly people! I stopped there during a long bike ride to buy water and coffee and they watched my bike while I put it against the window so that it wouldn't get stolen.”
