“I drove my 16 year old vehicle from California to Vermont in 2020, and left it in storage for 2 years before I started driving it again in December 2022... needless to say, it's gone through some wear and tear. A few days ago, my vehicle started making a strange noise when the car started, and creaking noises when I steered... turns out that i had a cracked Serpentine belt (which could've left me stranded if it broke) and my power steering pump needed replaced. I'm new to the area, and chose A&D Automotive because I drive past it anytime I cross from Route 7 into Vergennes. I popped in without an appointment and was told to bring it back the next morning at 8am and they would fit my car in between appointments. Originally from California, I'm used to mechanics who lie, and charge for work that they never did. A&D Automotive is THE FURTHEST from all the bad experiences I've had elsewhere. I cannot say enough about the mechanics here who present not only a professional appearance, but the highest of professional care. They called me throughout the day to update me on what problems they found and only proceeded after receiving authorization to do so. I picked up my car a few hours later, and was thrilled to hear my car sound like the beast it once was, when it was brand new. To say "thank you" for their efficient and thorough care of my vehicle is the least I could do. But I'm writing this review so that if anyone else should find themselves in my predicament (new to area) will feel confident in entrusting the mechanics at A&D Automotive, with the care of their vehicle.”

I've brought my car in multiple times now for different reasons and each time he takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he's planning to fix it. Always going the extra mile in making sure the car is properly serviced and always for a fair price.You can tell he's in his element when working on a car!Highly recommend!”

“This past weekend I was working in Panton, VT and my car died at the rental house I was at. After talking to AAA and being transferred 5 times, and them saying there were no options of towing or repair shops I hung up and called Leroys. Being stuck 5 hours from home with no help was awful and I am so thankful that Leroy came to help me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. “I've been bringing my vehicles to Brian for many years and he has accomished what the major auto repair mechanics couldn't, fix my vehicle. He will actually trouble shoot a problem and find the issue before"attempting" to fix it" and then realize it wasn't what was wrong and charge you for the "wrong fix" and the right one. I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on my vehicles for any repairs. Reasonably priced, fair, honest and an excellent mechanic.”
