“In this small market, you won't be disappointed by the selection. They offer a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, canned goods, meats, and a full deli featuring rotisserie chicken and delicious pasta side dishes, along with an assortment of lunch meats. You can also find a range of baked goods. Take your time to explore the aisles for last-minute essentials, and don’t forget to check out the freezers and the beer section. Additionally, there are items in the pharmacy aisle to help with pain relief and cold symptoms. They offer great prices, and you can also order meat packages here.”
“Gas/convenience store with a Deli and delicious sandwiches made to order. There was some premade items (calzones, cold salads, etc) and a board menu for other meals. Super fresh and BIG. We could have easily shared a sub had we known (two lunches now). Price was fair ($8.99 for my hot parmesan chicken sandwich which would have filled two adults right up making that price downright inexpensive!) No public restrooms which was kinda disappointing. No seating to speak of except one table and a few chairs near the refrigerators where sodas are kept. This is really a "get and go" place. Highly recommend! Did I mention the soft delicious sub bread! Sooo good!”

“Great discount store. Some food prices are a little high if you watch for sales or clip coupons but overall you'll walk away knowing you've saved some money. If you see something and you're in the fence about buying it, I recommend buying it because they may not have it the next time you visit. Most things you can return within 30 days of purchase if you still have the receipt.”
“This place is WONDERFUL!! I’m in town for a business trip so I needed somewhere easy to grab lunch and this place was better than i could ever dream of! May come back again tomorrow for lunch…The restaurant is incredibly clean. The food is fresh and made to order. The kitchen is quiet despite the cooks being super busy. The staff is delightful!My only complaint is this isn’t a chain that I could go to when I’m at home. If I lived nearby this establishment would be a weekly go-to!”
“I have lived in Windsor for almost a year, and having Brady as our cashier at Price Chopper stays one of the highlights of the town. My roommate works at a grocery store, but we almost never shop anywhere else.”
“The lady that works there is extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry. I walked in looking for something so incredibly specific and I looked all over for it. She was able to walk me directly to it without hesitation and was extremely nice too! Great experience.
I will say, I don't get why we can't use self check out. I think that is a must with so many places being understaffed. It just takes a little tiny bit off of the one person working up front in my opinion.”
“I love DG! I can go there and grab all the essentials for a bargain price and use my weekly coupon to get $5 off when I spend $25 (which I always do!). Pet, cleaning, paper, food products; the list goes on! Gifts, cards, and gift cards! They even have some cute home decor! The Springfield store recently expanded and looks great. I like the staff, too, they are all so friendly!”
“We were visiting and Dollar General had the few items we needed. The store is functional which not every small Vermont town has in their midst. If you need something, before you drive twenty minutes, try Dollar General. In terms of areas for improvement: the store would benefit from better lighting, aisle signage, and friendlier staff. It is a diamond in the rough! I gave 5 stars to encourage you to be 5 star in every category. Being functional is a strong start.”
