“I cannot recommend Mark and his team at Village Car Company enough for buying a fantastic and fair priced used car. I was recently in an accident and had a short-time frame to find a new car and I did a deep dive into researching car dealerships and what car I was looking for and was willing to go out of state for the quality and price I was looking for. I looked at Vermont forums on reddit and Front Porch Forum and I was looking for the most fair, decent, low-stress and quality car dealership. Village Car Company was always at the top of the list for Vermont dealerships.
I have had my fair share of car buying trauma and was very anxious about the whole process but Mark found me exactly what I was looking for and the price was very fair. I took the car to be looked at by my mechanic before purchasing and they confirmed the quality and Mark was more than happy to provide the Car Fax report. I have a lot of anxiety making a big purchase like a car and Mark was very grounding and didn't push me into buying anything I didn't want or tried to up-sell. Usually I would rather have my teeth pulled with pliers but my husband and I found the process was painless and dare I say almost enjoyable.
Mark even reached out to me later after the purchase to let me know that the previous owner had dropped off almost a new set of tires and tied it into the already sweet deal. The car is currently driving like a dream. If there is ever anytime when my husband or I are looking for a car we will go through Mark at Village Car Company and I would recommend it to anyone in the market to buy a quality used car at a fair price.”

“Went for an oil change, and had a noise I wanted diagnosed. They weren’t able to determine the noise while it was there for the change, but when I went to pick up, one gentleman got in with me and had us drive around the block to trigger the noise. He knew right away what was causing it and had me come back in the next week to get fixed. Didn’t even charge for the fix. Super helpful, friendly, and fantastic service.”

“Excellent experience with my large class A motorhome. It can be hard to find a place who will work on RVs. They were very upfront, honest and helpful. They had a lot of chances to take advantage or cut corners, but they came through with 5 star service.I brought in a used RV that I purchased to have it looked over, they went through everything mechanical, including the brakes but they had to bring it to a different shop for the alignment. Some small stuff needed to be repaired and replaced but they got it done very quickly and I was impressed with the amount of work for the price, and the value of the work. When I got home, I hit a switch in the RV causing a relay to fail, I didn't know this at the time but it caused the RV to not start. Along with that and my new tires valve stem going bad at the same time causing one of my tires to lose air, I was lost. I called them back up since it was only a day since I got my RV home and they sent out a mechanic the next day. They came out and helped diagnose the relay problem, and fixed the tire. I'm overall very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend it to anyone with a truck, bus or RV”
