“Chris came to our home yesterday to disconnect our stove & heater & remove our tank. What a treat for me! He was highly skilled, super personable, incredibly diligent, unflappable, & went way above & beyond. In all of my years (& I’m 65), I have never had such an amazing technician come to my home. If you need any propane-related work done, request Chris from Suburban. You will be so impressed! He truly made my day! Thank you Suburban, & thank you, Chris! 💙 Karin Birbeck, Wells, VT 💙”
“I wish you folks didn’t close the Rutland office but Mary (wish I had her last name) has been wonderful in getting all my propane needs taken care of. To be honest she’s the reason why haven’t changed propane companies.JSK”
“Great service for me. Mike has been great at making sure to keep us in the rentals we need to get a lot of things moved often. Appreciate the dedication this guy puts in over there and it can get really busy. Keep at it”

“Jeff was very helpful and efficient and went above and beyond. We had some difficulties traveling from Massachusetts to Rutland due to detours because of all of the flooding in Vermont. Jeff was super kind and understanding. He is definitely an asset to UHaul and I highly recommend the Rutland Vermont location.”

“I contacted Keyser this morning at 8am because my heat wouldn’t come on. At 9:30 Albert from Keyser was here and got my heat on. Albert was not only professional and efficient but very nice. From the first call to Albert getting my heat going this elderly lady is very grateful to you all.”
