My propane was low, in the winter. I ran out before my scheduled delivery. The Rutland office made a special delivery on a Saturday. They also refused the special delivery charge. Thank you.

After weeks of calls to another one of Suburban Propane's offices without a reply, Dale Wood returned my call from the Rutland office. His customer service was exceptional, and he solved all of my needs in one phone call. A big shout-out to Dale - thank you!!
