“Great spot to pick up your gasoline on your way to our from BTV or just cruising the local byways. The gals working cashier are dedicated and kind and made my day by being good to the local fellow in line in front of me and to each person who came in when I was there. A lot of people can't be bothered to smile or to be personable anymore, and as someone who also works in retail and customer service, I really appreciated their good attitudes and that they were efficient without being the slightest bit rude or rushing anyone. It was a pleasure doing business with them.”
“I really like this store and the manager, Mike, is excellent. Amazing selection and good prices. However, the last time that I was here, Monday around 2:30, the staff was busier flirting with her coworker than doing her job. She practically ignored me and didn't listen to me-rude in other ways. That's why the four stars as opposed to five.”

“Lisa, Lisa, Lisa! Can we just stop for a second and talk about how lucky this business is to have an employee like Lisa!? I have never met somebody who goes out of their way more than she does. She is incredible at multitasking, moves the line along quickly while still being friendly, knows the price of every item & whether they have it available/in-stock, and knows nearly every customer by name. My boys are huge fans of her hashbrowns and beg me to stop at this gas station!
With 4.8 rating and employees who have worked there for years… Somebody is doing something right! Well done!!!”
“I stopped in here Saturday morning after delivering up the road. I was able to park on the side of the road without obstructing traffic so that was nice. There was a very nice lady working who offered me a taste off her chicken salad she had made well I was getting a coffee which was awesome that they had coffee. It was delicious! I ordered a sandwich to take with me. Great experience and great price. Excellent experience.”
“I went there to get change for the nearby car wash. The clerk graciously broke my $20. When I asked about the peanut butter man biscuits she had in the milk bone box at the window she offered me one. When I asked are these for dogs? She told me ‘ I gave it to you ‘ and she kept a straight face.”

“What was the best part of my morning today? The Belly Burner breakfast burrito from Simon’s on Route 15 in Colchester sure helped me start my day. Sausage, pepper jack cheese and a hash brown all held together with 3 fresh eggs, onions, green peppers and a couple of shots of hot sauce all in a large burrito wrap. Just wow!”

“The older gentleman who works the overnight shift is always very pleasant and what I noticed most, and appreciate is how well aware of his surroundings he is. When the store is not busy, he pops outside and visually inspects the parking lot, people parked & sitting in vehicles but not entering the store etc. oh and the gender neutral bathrooms are always exceptionally clean! Thankful for their 24/7 operating hours. They’ve saved me many times late at night when all other stores in the area are closed.”
“The rough country gentleman that works during the day is the best employee of any gas station I’ve ever been to I go there for five dollars and he treats me like gold very nice guy . Pardon for not knowing his name rough voice very laid-back . Personal ty to him as well ……. He makes it almost enjoyable to get gas and I know that sounds weird.”
“The staff here is friendly. If only there were more space in the parking lot to move cars in and out. Of course, that is not within the store's control. They sometimes seem to have people 'hanging out' in the store in the evening, maybe socializing with people who are working. But that isn't a problem for me. We buy a lot of gas with the SmartPay card”
