“My daughter brought her car in for new brakes. They took the car 1st thing in the am, gave her a very reasonable estimate, were finished a couple hours later with the actual cost being almost $250 LESS than the estimate (when does that happen???!!). They even checked underneath for damage as a result of a fender bender my daughter had the previous week (no damage found). They were honest and more than reasonable. My daughter felt so comfortable, much more so than other places we called for an appointment, and reassured. As a mom being away from her daughter, that made all the difference!! “Jeep service had my Grand Cherokee L for 2 full days to work on a recall issue, replacement of steering column and then my state inspection.
I must return for a 3rd day for them to finish the steering issue as they did not have parts/time before the Labor day weekend.
I am generally pleased with Jeep service but I would guess they might not have noticed the steering issue if my husband had not pointed it out.”

“My experience with the service department was awesome! I purchased a Tacoma from Heritage last month and had been waiting for a part that was backordered to arrive so it could be replaced at no charge. As promised, they contacted me right away to get it taken care of. Ray quickly got me scheduled (I like the texting feature of your CRM), Javin was incredibly helpful from start to finish, welcomed me, and got me set up. Erick worked with me at the desk with some questions I had and after a couple of plot twists....Erick and Javin went above and beyond to find me a rental for the day and ensured that I was a happy customer, even though it was busy and 8am ? Totally exceeded my expectations. It was clear that they actually enjoyed making my day better! At the end of the day, I drove away in my truck by 5pm having paid $0 (with brand new AC, blasting cold air!) Very pro, thank you!”

“My family and I live 20 minutes away from Bouchards, but we happily bypass our local neighborhood shops to go there. They consistently offer fair pricing and are always willing to discuss using quality secondhand parts to help keep repair costs down.
My first experience with them was in 2022 after I was rear-ended. We drove the car over for an inspection, Mike emailed me a prompt estimate, and they fit me into the schedule the very next week. Navigating the other party’s insurance is never easy, but the team did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process and keeping me informed.
Most recently, my car was unfortunately hit twice while parked. In June, when a bumper repair took a bit longer than anticipated, they helped me navigate the insurance rental process, including finding a Hertz location that would rent to someone under 25.
Then, just this past Sunday, my side mirror was smashed in while parked. Bouchards was able to squeeze my car in just a few days later, and the repair itself took only a couple hours.
I cannot recommend Bouchards enough.”

“Besides being always more than fair and honest, MIDAS on Williston road has only ever provided me the highest quality of service. Dave, Joe and Chris and the whole team are among the best guys with whom I've ever dealt in the last 20 years of which they've had me as a customer for 10, but I can't remember the last time Ive gone in for the same repair twice because once the guys there fix something for me their workmanship seems to last. So these days I'm generally pretty reluctant to go anywhere else because as long as they're able to keep me on the road as they've been doing, I've got no reason to take my 2005 vehicle anywhere else but MIDAS. Al and Anne are incredible authentic, kind, and experienced in the industry.
We've been bringing our cars to al-ans for over a decade now. Everytime we pick it up, regardless of the cost, we know we would have been charged twice as much for half the quality anywhere else. I can't imagine anyone taking their car anywhere else.
They also are always very dedicated to help you spend the least while standing the life of your car far beyond what you ever would have thought.
