“I had just been in my first vehicle vs vehicle accident ever and my truck was totaled. My insurance sent a reservation to one location a they had no vehicles for that day (my only day off). I called the Shelburne rd location and the gentleman told me to come right down and they would set me up. Upon arrival these young men were all busy. Each dealing with a separate customer. My turn came and they had me out the door in a brand new rental truck within minutes. After 30 days I returned the vehicle and my interaction was just as smooth as when I picked up. These young men were very polite and made everything so smooth. Just that little bit of stress relief was amazing. Thank you enterprise employees.”

“An unusual charge showed up, so I called the local number. All that got me was an automated system that went in circles. If I question a charge I should “call my financial institution”. Why, so they can tell me that only Hertz can explain the charges. Zero options to speak to anyone. Just get kicked around once they have payment. The closest I could get to an answer. It was an automated message telling me to go to a website to request a receipt. So the receipt is just going to tell me what I already know. I’m being overcharged and I can’t get someone to remove the charge. Or, if there is something that is worthy of being charged, the receipt or the automated system gives me any information that satisfies the charge.
Just got a response telling me to go online. Not terribly useful. Sort of what I’m complaining about.
3-27 Update: Ignore above. I guess it was some weird credit card hold. Oddly specific amount of $75.75 while my $315 hold showed being refunded. Weird, but there’s probably some reason they need to do that I guess. Might be nice to have that explained. All good otherwise.”
