I’ve had great experiences shopping there when visiting Burlington and always stock up on these treats, but when I ran low recently, I was so pleased to discover that I could order them online and have them shipped to me here in Pennsylvania! The package arrived super quickly, with free shipping and the biscuits were packaged so incredibly carefully that not a single one (of 50!) was broken! Excellent service all around! 10/10 recommend this store… in person and online!

When we started going there our cat was already very sick and we were looking for end of life support to keep him as comfortable as possible. I am certain that the attentive care that he received from Dr. Sam and the staff at Qi Vet is the reason he was so happy and comfortable for his remaining time with us.
When it was time to let him go we were treated with such respect and empathy. It really did make that loss a bit easier and we are grateful for that.
We received a card today with kind words from the staff at Qi Vet and it was just so thoughtful. Thank you to everyone at Qi Vet. I would highly recommend them for your pet's care.

As a smart, high energy Aussie, my girl has been surrounded by caring, well-trained, observant and wonderful people at PDP on Williston Rd. She has learned to temper her approach with a wide variety of other dogs, vocalize her limits, communicate her needs, engage otherwise timid or reserved dogs, and even demonstrate “how” to play appropriately with dogs new to the group doggy daycare scene. She attends the Enrichment Day programming one day each week, and receives structure, games, obstacle courses, puzzles, and small group engagement. This is ideal for Aussies! She comes home very tired and happy! The low capacity design of Williston Rd. is also a feature that’s perfect for her. Thank you, PDP staff! You’re all amazing!

First, a very kind person behind the bar, next, a scrumptious, perfectly pulled cappuccino, then, a delicious bag of Costa Rica coffee beans, and just before walking away, I snagged the last breakfast burrito, all at the airport, no less, just before walking away to catch my flight. It isn’t often I am so blown away by seeing literally everything I wanted in that moment, served with a smile. It was two minutes later I realized I had somehow *gasp!* forgotten to tip them after such an awesome all around experience. I ran back waving some cash in my hand, looking in vain for the tip jar…in fact, there was inexplicably none, and that is when they told me they don’t accept tips, that they get paid to do what they loved and I swooned. I still threw the money at them, partly because I just couldn’t quite fully comprehend the audacity of such a thing (this coming from someone deeply entrenched in the hospitality industry).
All in all, I was BLOWN AWAY!
