“Abdi was phenomenal. His service was above and beyond. When we realized the truck we reserved was too small he quickly set us up with a larger one. When we discovered the cargo door and latch were frozen, he came out with a large pail of hot water to thaw it out. Then he came out with a mop to make sure all the water was wiped off the deck. All this while the temperature that morning was 12 degrees. He was polite, cheerful, freindly and anxious to make sure we were happy. He answered all our questions, which we had a lot of.
