“Mike's Auto was awesome! I have had trouble with my AC unit on my Nissan rogue for the last two years. Originally from VA but here for school. Mike was awesome was able to properly identify the issue within 24 hours and had the parts ordered and fixed within a week all for a reasonable price. This is an issue that other shops I went to refused to work on the AC unit or guesstimated the issue and I paid to replace the most expensive parts of the AC system with the fixes being temporary. Highly recommend, will go back again if I am in the area and need more work done in the future.”

“Peter approached me via a request I made through etrailer for someone to install airbags in my pickup while on a cross country camping vacation. We were having a problem with the trailer weight causing a little too much sag in the back of the truck. It was crucial to find someone able and willing to work within our constrained time frame. Peter made the order, arranged a convenient installation time, and quickly and efficiently installed the airbags and maintained excellent communication throughout the scheduling. After having the airbags installed, we returned the next morning, before continuing our trip, to make sure there were no air leaks. If I lived in Middlebury, I would be taking all of my equipment repair work to him and his team! Two thumbs up ? ?”

“I've been bringing my vehicles to Brian for many years and he has accomished what the major auto repair mechanics couldn't, fix my vehicle. He will actually trouble shoot a problem and find the issue before"attempting" to fix it" and then realize it wasn't what was wrong and charge you for the "wrong fix" and the right one. I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on my vehicles for any repairs. Reasonably priced, fair, honest and an excellent mechanic.”

This is a place where the GM makes himself personally known to customers, and everyone seems intent on making things as easy as possible. I had my first service recently (a couple of quirky but minor issues), and the experience couldn't have been better. This place feels and acts like things are personal rather than corporate.”
“long overdue review. i was driving thru middlebury on july 3rd and had a weird sound coming from the brakes. called around and he was the only one who would take me in with the holiday weekend having started, even though he mentioned he was wanting to get out early that day for his own holiday plans. turned out to be a simple fix, but he still could've rightfully charged for the inconvenience and chose instead to let me off free. wouldnt even take a tip. saved me a lotta panic and potentially even a ruined trip. great guy”

“Thad is a great person in general, I had a minor issue with an unnecessary warning light for tire pressure and he showed me exactly how to tell the car that I had checked the pressure and everything was fine. Just took almost 5 minutes out his day to do it for free. Amazing.”

This gentleman is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and in my experience (having bought about 5 sets of tires from him over the years) he always has the customer's best interests at heart when he is helping you. He has been in the industry for decades, and he knows his stuff. I truly feel like you can depend upon what he says, and that is rare in today's world of retail business. In addition, the pricing offered here is always competitive, and the selection seems pretty endless--it appears that they can get almost any tire you might want. “Had to get my transmission replaced at Auto Creek, and I have to say—they were amazing! From start to finish, they made everything super easy. They explained the issue in detail, gave me options, and were super accommodating, especially when it came to payment and how fast I had to pay for such a big repair.
I thought my car would be in the shop for ages, but they had it fixed fast, and now it drives like new! The whole crew was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Another similar visit and I will feel much more qualified to add the last/fifth star. Kind, efficient, and seemingly competent, but again, I am not considering myself to be a judge of such, not being so myself in the automotive topics.”
