On the day of installation, James and Francis communicated clearly about their arrival time, removed the old unit, assembled the new unit, exhibited extraordinary patience while fitting the new unit into a challenging space, performed a test run of both washer and dryer, packed up the shipping materials and left my home neat and clean. Throughout, James and Francis had a confident, easy manner and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill.”

The service from the Pro Desk specialists was outstanding: from the guidance with my special order and timely notifications, to later exceptional help with arranging cutting, re-packaging and loading my large-size order. Mary was the best! I was very stressed about transporting these long boards, but the Pro Desk and other store associates made it a smooth process. The rental services were also very helpful and professional. I am very thankful for all the help my husband and I received at the store and on the phone.”
“I usually buy all my plants here. They have a great selection and are decently priced, but make sure you check/spray for bugs immediately! Also, always check the clearance plant cart, I've gotten some great deals, and most of them just need a little water and some TLC!”
