“Had a great experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Burlington. I accidentally important temp sensitive medication in the mini fridge the staff went above and beyond to help me recover it.

Yin at the front desk was incredibly helpful—he checked around the front area and even outside, and when I came back he immediately got a manager involved. Lucy, who I believe was the manager, (1:30pm eastern Sunday 2026) was just as great. She brought me back up to the room so I could check myself.”

“From the moment we arrived, the staff was so warm and welcoming! We were given a tour and then shown to our room. The property is beautiful and exactly what we were expecting! Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful! It is within easy walking distance of Church Street Marketplace and the waterfront. The “Blind date with a book” is such a unique idea and I’m so excited to open it! Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first night in Vermont!”

“The hotel is nicely kept and the staff was always friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic at points but overall pretty standard for a Residence Inn.
The main issue was just the amount of ice covering the parking lot. They plowed when it snowed but the parking lots turned into sheets of slippery ice and nothing was done over the 3 days we were there about it.”

“The week prior I had a horrible experience at a Hilton. Room was gross. I did not know what to expect from the best Western. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how clean, super clean the room was. From the bed sheets to the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the living room , entire suite was impeccably clean and I was very happy with that. Staff was friendly and the coffee in the lobby was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Ps don't go to Charlie's chicken. Definitely stay at this best Western.”

“Had a great experience at the AC Hotel Burlington. The location is perfect to explore Burlington, walking distance to everything. Room was clean, shower was fantastic, and bed was comfortable. One night we were woken up by our neighbor in the room next door sneezing loudly which was tough...so I wouldn't say the rooms are particularly sound proof.

We chose to pay to Valet as we didn't need our car during the time we were there and everything went smoothly! We appreciated the Valet attendant helping us unload our car and navigate the snow banks. We also enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar one night and the bartenders were super friendly and made great drinks!

FYI: There is very limited parking spots right in front of the hotel to unload car, we circled the block once and we were fine!”

“Ideally located between UVM and Downtown Burlington, this is a great hotel. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with guests needs. The rooms have been tastefully decorated. Our bathroom showed signs of wear, but we had no problems with it. Would recommend you stay here.”

“This is a nice hotel in a good location. It's 5-7 , minutes by car to downtown and most other places that you'd like to go to if you are visiting.
The rooms are are a decent size(not large and not small), clean and well maintained. It felt safe to stay and park there. Conveniently, there's a Starbucks across the road for those that like their coffee. There are also a good number of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.”

“A great stay, very happy with my entire experience. Categorically, things are done well here. It's evident that a team exists and that a team is managed. Miss Lilly at the front counter stood out as exceptional ... pleasant, not that fake smile and tone you get elsewhere. She was genuinely happy and helpful. LOL, no strange smells, no Fabreze needed. This location, RECOMMENDED.”

“Another great stay! My fiancé and I came here for a weekend away, and I can't wait to come back! I'm always excited to stay at The Essex. Between an amazing dinner reservation at Junction, couples massages at the Spa, lots of time in the pool, and a visit to the tavern for an amazing breakfast makes our stay worth it every time.”

“Beautiful hotel. Got a room on the fifth floor that was a super cozy because of how the roof shaped the top of the room. Also had one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious!”

“A nostalgic throwback to the hey days of classic New England summer road trips -affordable, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast is continental but a suitable variety . About 10- 15 minutes to all things Burlington. If you are expecting the Marriott at motel prices, you will be disappointed (and shouldn't complain because you are the problem ) but if you want a decent place to crash for a night or two, then this is the place!”

Front desk Karen was super friendly and helpful, enjoyed talking to her, other 3 we ment were very friendly also. Huge laundry room and entrance. Close to shopping and tons of restaurants. Also within walking distance. King bed was so comfy, plenty of pillows. Big closet, separate from the tub and toilet
Was the vanity with big mirror, hair dryer. Nice deck to take in the view..we will definitely stay here next year. Thank you karen for a great stay..you rock!!”

“I asked for an accessible room, and it was except that the door was very very heavy to open, and in my opinion rooms for people in wheelchairs like mine should not be on the third floor in case of an emergency. I wouldn't be able to get down the stairs. And the elevator had some problems. The room needed freshening, and some of the flooring was starting to peel.”
