Miscommunication between them and Plato’s on things they’d take, both tried to send me to the other for selling stuff because it was “women’s brands” vs “teen styles”.
Otherwise, fantastic experience at both. Will definitely come back. :)”

“2 days before Christmas my 7-year-old told me he wanted a K-pop Demon Hunter shirt. After checking every store in the mall and all the other stores we had gone to, we had not found one. I looked up online places to purchase K-pop Demon Hunter merch and it recommended Old Navy. So we stopped at this Old Navy and we looked and I did not see any and I finally got up to the register and the woman checking us out asked if we had found everything and I said yes except for K-pop Demon Hunter shirt and she goes. I put some out I know right where they are. What size do you need? So I told her the sizes that would work and she went and found one and brought it back and my 7-year-old was so excited he instantly put it on and it just made his day. For it being 5:00 on Christmas Eve I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The other person who was also working at the register was also very polite and offered to help as well. Thank you for making my 7-year-olds Christmas.”

“My mother and I went to try and find a back up Homecoming dress and Amy was so incredibly helpful. She helped us find the perfect dress and when I came out of the dressing room, she was throwing compliments at me, helping me find what looked wrong to me and then finding the correct size, and she was overall so sweet and so kind. We will definitely be back!”
