“I would give 10 stars if I could! Just home from travelling round Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, 11 different hotels in 14 days and this was my favourite hotel. Staff were so friendly and I just fell in love with my room (4) live all the attention to detail, the tassels letting in the door keys, the feather quill to sign the visitors book so many little details! I’m sorry we stayed in a night where the restaurant was closed as I’m sure it would have been amazing but the tow. Is only a 5 mins drive and we had a lovely meal there. X”

“I loved my stay! The common areas and room were clean and well kept. I had a view of the gorgeous back lawn and mountains.
The lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and pointed me to the hiking adventure I was looking for. Can't wait to come back!”
“Rented skis from here and the staff was very helpful. The rentals were a little pricey, but they were high quality and the renters insurance was only 4 dollars a day which is great! This resort is directly next to mount snow, like a 1 minute walk away from the ski lifts which is great. They have a ski store inside for all and any skiing essentials or things you could want. Would rent from here again next time I come down to ski.”

“Perfect for our ski trip to Mt Snow. The sauna and heated pool really made this place! The breakfast is a cold breakfast, cereal, oats, coffee, toast. No eggs bacon waffles or pancakes. There’s a free shuttle bus out the front, and if you drive to Mt Snow there’s free parking too. Only 5-10 mins to the ski fields, and within 10 mins of several bars and restaurants. Was a little worried by some reviews but our room had a renovated bathroom, very warm showers, and heating in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I would’ve appreciated having a refrigerator (even a communal fridge at reception would’ve been an easy solution) but I kept my cold groceries by the door and they stayed cold enough. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Thank you to the friendly hosts!”

“Just had a wonderful 4 night stay at The Nutmeg. Everything was perfect. Room was super clean and very comfortable. The star of the show is the breakfast. Absolutely 5 star quality. Hosts are extremely friendly and we enjoyed the bar and the cozy lounge atmosphere after a ski day. This place is a gem and I highly recommend. Will be back.”
