Needed a speciality cut for Porchetta and Josh was incredibly helpful. He even scored the belly and butterflied the loin. Will definitely be back whenever in the Woodstock area!

This is an old school butcher. It also serves coffee and some pastries. The people were also quite nice. There is some seating right in front.
