“My son and his wife had managed to convince Verizon that they were the account holders. The two of them with the assistance of Verizon had suspended my number and were on the way to delete it all together. They changed all my security info.
This was the third store I went in to to beg for help. Without hesitation the young woman stepped up, and recognized the situation to be serious for me. Her with the manager handled the situation swiftly. They were able to restore my number, and delete the other two numbers from my accounts and restore the My Verizon Account Access as well as put in more security measures. Im sure it is just a step for a Stepper, but for me this is a great relief. I am homeless and travel for work. My Phone is my lifeline for work, housing, and how to stay in touch with everyone. I am very much appreciative.”
