“Moved from CA and was a long-time Chase client prior but when moved to Leesburg only branches were in DC.
Looking for new bank and walked in and was helped by Ron. Awesome experience, very experienced banker. Was taking advantage of a Chase open account promotion and was a great experience from greeter to making an appt to come back to open accounts.
Pleasant branch, greeters are almost too friendly. Unfortunately no safe deposit boxes. Hope that this is the beginning of a long relationship, switching from a bank that I had been with since we moved to VA that was originally BB&T but service has declined since the takeover.”
