“Mr. Choi just knows how to think in the shoes of the customer. He was honest and earnest about everything he said and did. Any and all questions I had, he answered them all perfectly without the use of any jargon, and all of them professionally and with patience. Because of how I was told, and have experienced, how mechanics rip customers off, and how you should generally not trust them, I was hesitant at first, but he and his employees completely changed my mind on how I view them. i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!”

“I wish you could give 6 stars! Linton and his team were able to fix damage from a moving truck running into my parked vehicle. The front bumper needed to be replaced, the passenger fender and inner parts to the wheel well were all damaged. As well as the turning indicator lights. Not only did his team fix and paint (with perfect color matching BTW) the car - they did it in just a few days! Yes, days. The work was great, and Linton was in communication with me the entire time. There is a 0% change you can tell there was damage, let alone as mush as there was! The repair was flawless. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!”

I recently took my M2 for a minor cosmetic repair and I couldn’t be happier with the experience the staffs and the managers! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and efficient. I wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Kanchan, Mr. Nicolas, Habib and Eugenio for the great service they provided. This is my first and won’t be the last experience with BMW, I will tell all my friends and family members should they need a new car to reach out to BMW of Alexandria. All the staffs are very professional especially the Sales Manager (Mr. Kanchan) he treated you like one of his. I cannot thank Mr. Kanchan enough for building such an awesome team and if Mr. Omar sees this review, I want to thank him as well for having Mr. Kanchan on his team. Even though I didn't buy a 2024 ES300h Ultra Luxury car from them as planned - I still found them to very patient throughout a long running negotiation to buy the aforementioned car. From Managers Todd Banks & Lou Brown - and accountants Anoop Sikka and Brian Addy - Lindsay Lexus has been a pleasure to deal with - even without a final deal. They are trustworthy - forthcoming - and candid - as to what my trade-in would bring and the price for the 2024 - and very responsive to my extremely long list of questions - esp Lou Brown. “Purchased a car about 5 months ago from them. I see issues with the title for cars people have purchased. I had the same issue but I'm not letting that make me give them a bad review. It's not them it's the dmv. Every one I've dealt with there was great. I'm not gonna lie I was a little upset at first. But the customer service is great. Also half way through my trip back home. I noticed a bubble on the side of my front tire. I called them right away and sent pics over. The manager told me to get it replaced no matter the cost and that he would reimburse me. Well my tire was 400 dollars. Called him the day it was replaced and gave him a screen shot of the receipt and he sent the check out that day. I'd purchase from them again if I didn't live so far. Great job team.”

“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”
