“I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago and I was looking for a reasonable auto body place to get my 2010 Toyota Corolla repaired. My front bumper and driver's side headlight were in bad shape and another repair shop was saying it would take at least 2 weeks to get it repaired. I was referred to Seminary Auto Body and they quoted me a fair price and 3 days to fix. They did the work in 3 days, and got everything PERFECT and for the price they quoted. My car looks like new and I am so happy with every little thing, they were personable and professional and very prompt! I would highly recommend this business to anyone, as I have had repairs done before but this place is by far the best, I am truly grateful to them!”

“Yes, yes, and yes! We have a Land Rover LR2. Overland was absolutely great. I called them for the first time and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and detailed. I was having trouble explaining the noise we were hearing from our car, but he was patient with me and talked it through. He then explained they would charge us for looking at the car and what that hourly rate was, asking if that was ok. We were on board and scheduled our appointment. We did a night drop and heard from them the next day. They talked us through the issues and told us the cost. I can honestly say, I was nervous to hear the outcome because it's an old car, but Land Rovers can really hurt your heart when there's an issue. However, the price was extremely reasonable. We were relieved! They had to keep our car for a few days to get the parts in and they were very transparent throughout the process. I car now runs well and without any concern. I highly recommend Overland and we will be coming back!”

“Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!”

“I had my Range Rover Sport taken in for repairs after hitting a deer just before Christmas and the communication has been disappointing to say the least. I emailed the estimate from State Farm and never received confirmation or follow, I called and asked for an update and was told that the parts were being ordered and I would receive a call or email on an estimated time of repair. No contact was ever made, I gave it 3 business days since the New Years holiday was with a day or so of that call. I still haven’t heard anything, I then sent an email to the “info” email address asking for an update AND added a read receipt for the email and after 2 days it wasn’t read. The lack of communication is amazing and something that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! I should have taken it to Land Rover Tysons for repair but chose this company associated with Land Rover Alexandria. If communication is important to you, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.************* UPDATE SINCE LAST REVIEW***************The owner reached out to me after my previous update, he worked directly with me to get my truck fixed and with dealing with delays in the supply chain and the shortage of parts worked to get my truck back to me. He was responsive and did everything he could to not only improve the communication that was the issue before but also make sure that I was happy with the service I was provided. I feel much better about the company knowing the owner takes pride in not only the service they provide but the image they have. 5 stars easy!”
