“Was rear ended a week or so ago. Called my insurance who said this place was the highest rated. Took it in on Monday and repair was complete on Friday. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great job. Even give a bottle of touch up paint too.
Would recommend they make clear earlier in the process that credit card payments incur a 4 percent charge. Was able to bay by debit but the surcharge for credit card needs to be disclosed straight away by insurance company and by the location.”
“I took my car in to Rosslyn Auto Body to ask them to look at the work done by another auto body shop. They were able to point our right away the problems with the work the other shop did. They also removed some errant paint left by the other shop free of charge. They appear to be highly competent and I would recommend them to others (also nice that you can see any of the work they are doing through the windows, they don't hide your car while it is being worked on).”

“Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!”

“I went to this dealership to have some work done on my C300 Cabriolet. First thing I noticed was a real person answered the phone in the service department. I'm tired of other dealers thinking they can automate that step. When I got to the dealership they interviewed me for why I was there. They sized up the problem and helped me straight away. I heard the service manager on the phone with another client telling him to bring his car in since they had several loaners he could choose from. That sounded pretty good. I also like their service department is open 7 days a week. Other dealership service departments are closed on Sundays. I know where I am going next time I need work on my C300.”
“I’ve own a lot of high end cars but sales rep are totally different. I was fortunate enough to work with both Habib and Sean, they are super awesome, kind, professional, and don’t waste your time. I wish I can give these guys 10 stars. By the way, the M2 drives really well. Thank you again for having these guys on your team.

I recently took my M2 for a minor cosmetic repair and I couldn’t be happier with the experience the staffs and the managers! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and efficient. I wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Kanchan, Mr. Nicolas, Habib and Eugenio for the great service they provided. This is my first and won’t be the last experience with BMW, I will tell all my friends and family members should they need a new car to reach out to BMW of Alexandria. All the staffs are very professional especially the Sales Manager (Mr. Kanchan) he treated you like one of his. I cannot thank Mr. Kanchan enough for building such an awesome team and if Mr. Omar sees this review, I want to thank him as well for having Mr. Kanchan on his team. This place has earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for new purchase!”
