“Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!”

I recently took my M2 for a minor cosmetic repair and I couldn’t be happier with the experience the staffs and the managers! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and efficient. I wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Kanchan, Mr. Nicolas, Habib and Eugenio for the great service they provided. This is my first and won’t be the last experience with BMW, I will tell all my friends and family members should they need a new car to reach out to BMW of Alexandria. All the staffs are very professional especially the Sales Manager (Mr. Kanchan) he treated you like one of his. I cannot thank Mr. Kanchan enough for building such an awesome team and if Mr. Omar sees this review, I want to thank him as well for having Mr. Kanchan on his team. “September 23, 2023 As indicated by my 5 star rating - I have found Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria to be an excellent Lexus Dealership. Even though I didn't buy a 2024 ES300h Ultra Luxury car from them as planned - I still found them to very patient throughout a long running negotiation to buy the aforementioned car. From Managers Todd Banks & Lou Brown - and accountants Anoop Sikka and Brian Addy - Lindsay Lexus has been a pleasure to deal with - even without a final deal. They are trustworthy - forthcoming - and candid - as to what my trade-in would bring and the price for the 2024 - and very responsive to my extremely long list of questions - esp Lou Brown. “Purchased a car about 5 months ago from them. I see issues with the title for cars people have purchased. I had the same issue but I'm not letting that make me give them a bad review. It's not them it's the dmv. Every one I've dealt with there was great. I'm not gonna lie I was a little upset at first. But the customer service is great. Also half way through my trip back home. I noticed a bubble on the side of my front tire. I called them right away and sent pics over. The manager told me to get it replaced no matter the cost and that he would reimburse me. Well my tire was 400 dollars. Called him the day it was replaced and gave him a screen shot of the receipt and he sent the check out that day. I'd purchase from them again if I didn't live so far. Great job team.”
