“Strongly recommended by a neighbor. Brought my car to Toyota and was told a problem with a part & suggested to replace for $2600 plus $370 regular maintenance. The part that supposedly needs replacing is priced for $200 at Toyota website. Make that $2600 make sense! Brought my car to K&B for the first time, Tom checked my car, and assured me that there is definitely nothing wrong with my car and didn’t charge me a dime for checking it.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Review (Short Version) “R&G Auto Repair treats you like family—honest, caring, and top‑notch service every time.” R&G Auto Repair gave me top‑notch service! Alex was kind and caring, even price‑matching the lowest offer and sweetening the deal. Kashee, one of the owners, personally drove me home and test‑drove my car, asking thoughtful questions about its issues. Honest, personable, and professional—this team truly surprised me in the best way. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely amazing experience I had here at metro motor. I came here for an oil change and they got it done with a good price and performed a courtesy inspection of the car where they identified few things that are on their way out and need replacing soon. Big shout out to Charles!! Extremely professional and cares deeply about the business and customers. Highly recommend this shop!!”

“Georgetown Auto in Del Ray is hands down the best of the DMV! It truly is the Ritz-Carlton of auto repair shops, combining exceptional customer service with absolute honesty. The owner, Bobby, genuinely goes above and beyond for every single client. Finding a mechanic you can completely trust is rare, but Bobby and his team consistently deliver top-notch work, fair pricing, and unbeatable care. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot recommend Benz Elite enough to everyone I know. The auto industry is full of deceptive sales. And I finally found a family run business that is honest and takes care of their clients. I now send everyone I care about here. And I live in DC. But they are worth the drive. They also have an incredible detailing department. I highly recommend Benz Elite!”

“I got my VA state inspection on my Polestar. Extremely friendly staff and felt welcomed the whole time I was there. Inspector gent was nice enough to show me where he was placing the decal as I’m picky about it. Definitely will send referrals to these guys! Thank you.”

“I took my car in to Rosslyn Auto Body to ask them to look at the work done by another auto body shop. They were able to point our right away the problems with the work the other shop did. They also removed some errant paint left by the other shop free of charge. They appear to be highly competent and I would recommend them to others (also nice that you can see any of the work they are doing through the windows, they don't hide your car while it is being worked on).”

“I’ve just started taking my 2015 Chevy Silverado this year for minor/major repairs. Even with its high highway mileage, the people at Auto Century has helped keep Shadowfax on the road, making me feel safe and secured that I’m not overpaying for parts and services. They communicate with me about what I’ll need, and present a flat fee. I’ve sent two of my friends here so far and they’ve mentioned similar pleasure with their services.”

“Got car safety inspection and Jay was so professional and kind. And today I’ve visited one more time and Jay put air pressure on all four tires when my car had low air error on car. He resolved my car problem again. Highly recommend.”

“Great experience with Craftsman! My daughter was visiting a college friend when her vehicle needed repairs, and since we’re not from the area, I relied heavily on Google reviews to find a trustworthy shop. I’m usually skeptical of auto repair shops, but Craftsman’s strong ratings and consistent responses to customers gave me confidence. Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating since we had to travel home and return later for the vehicle. The repair was more expensive than expected, but I sincerely appreciated the consideration they gave me as a veteran. Most importantly, the repair was done well, and the staff provided excellent service throughout the process. I highly recommend Craftsman, especially if you’re from out of town and looking for a shop you can trust. Thanks, Jeff and the Craftsman team!”

“I have been a loyal customer of Duke Auto Repair & Service for over a decade, and their team consistently delivers top-notch service. Praise worthy… • Exceptional transparency: They send detailed estimates and photos of worn or damaged parts directly to my phone before starting any work. They provide fair and competitive pricing. • Skilled and honest staff: The mechanics are competent, and dependable. • Quality workmanship: Whether handling routine maintenance or complex diagnostics, they use quality parts and keep my family vehicles running reliably.”

“I had the brakes replaced, the oil changed, and all fluids changed out on my truck. Pricing was very fair, and the service was prompt. Scott Phillips was the service manager that I dealt with, and he is a professional. Scott went over every aspect of the service recommendations made by the mechanic and differentiated between necessary and unnecessary. The lobby is clean, and the shop looks well-organized. No need to go to those hack shops along Route 1!”

“I highly recommend that you have your vehicles serviced at Metro Motors (ask for Chris). Yesterday morning I dropped my F-150 off to have the front brakes replaced. Chris gave me a great price and ordered me an Uber ride home. After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.”
5520 Franconia Rd, Alexandria VA 22310
“I truly appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of the staff who inspected my vehicle. It was my first time at this shop, and it definitely did not disappoint. I was sent clear pictures of the issues they identified, which really helped me understand what needed attention. Special thanks to Marvin, the manager, for running such a trustworthy and professional team. What upset me, though, was realizing that the inspector at my previous car shop clearly didn’t do their job properly—there’s no way the part in question could have deteriorated to this state in just a year. I’m grateful this shop caught it before things got worse.”
6304 Little River Turnpike, Alexandria VA 22312
“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable mechanics who really took care of me. Communicated every step of the way and made sure I felt like I knew what was going on and that my time and money were valuable. They even called me a week later just to make sure everything was still running great. Would recommend to anyone in the area who needs work done on their car.”

“I had been stressing about finding a place to get it fixed when a friend of mine mentioned Jose, his mechanic. He said that because Jose and his team consistently provides excellent work, they are the only one he trusts. Jose and his team took exceptional care of my vehicle. They were thorough and informative, ensuring that I was kept informed of during the process. It was a refreshing experience to feel so secure during such a stressful situation. After two years of my car sitting idle in the garage, I am thrilled to report that it is finally fully functional. The best part is that I was able to bless someone else through this experience. I am incredibly grateful to Jose and his team. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic to help you with your vehicle concerns, I highly recommend reaching out to Jose. You’ll be in great hands.”

“I've been taking my car to Edsall Auto for over 25 years, and I can't recommend them enough. They're honest, reliable, and always do a fantastic job. They take the time to explain the repairs needed and never try to overcharge. I trust them completely with my car. If I try taking my car anywhere else, MY WIFE will immediately oppose!”

“I’ve had excellent experiences at European Auto Body! I’m back to write another review three years later. Working with Wayne King at the shop gives me confidence that my car is in great hands. I’m very blessed and grateful to have found this shop. I know I can count on Wayne and the team to complete the work quickly and do an outstanding job. Unfortunately, I've had multiple accidents, and the cars always come back looking good as new!”
