After dropping my car off, I called some time afterward for an update (being worrisome because I didn't want to walk in the heat for hours lol), and Mr. Alex was very calm, professional, and empathetic. He took into consideration my situation, and the service was completed (and done well) long before the time he suggested it would be. Mr. Omar was the mechanic who serviced my car. At pick up, he was very honest and explained everything in great detail. He was able to give expert feedback that was very reassuring! “I've been hesitant to write a review of Mustafa's shop for years. Not because I don't recommend him to all friends/family/neighbors/people in the grocery store, but because if people know how awesome he is, they'd not take my car so easily and there would be a wait.When my husband and I first went here years ago, we were shocked that of the customers waiting with us (four or so), all had been going to him for three years or more. And there's a reason. His place reminds me of how auto mechanics used to be--honest about what needs to be fixed, what could be fixed, what you can let be, and what to begin saving up for in the future. He's true to his word on estimates and will work with you to help get your car running. I have an older car (25 years young), and he's kept it going. Price wise, he's reasonably priced for the quality of service.”
