“Strongly recommended by a neighbor. Brought my car to Toyota and was told a problem with a part & suggested to replace for $2600 plus $370
regular maintenance. The part that supposedly needs replacing is priced for $200 at Toyota website. Make that $2600 make sense! Brought my car to K&B for the first time, Tom checked my car, and assured me that there is definitely nothing wrong with my car and didn’t charge me a dime for checking it.”

Scott Phillips was the service manager that I dealt with, and he is a professional. Scott went over every aspect of the service recommendations made by the mechanic and differentiated between necessary and unnecessary. The lobby is clean, and the shop looks well-organized. No need to go to those hack shops along Route 1!”
“I highly recommend that you have your vehicles serviced at Metro Motors (ask for Chris). Yesterday morning I dropped my F-150 off to have the front brakes replaced. Chris gave me a great price and ordered me an Uber ride home.
After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.”

Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating since we had to travel home and return later for the vehicle. The repair was more expensive than expected, but I sincerely appreciated the consideration they gave me as a veteran.
