The bags at the self service checkout were too small for my large items. An employee noticed this and brought me a larger bag.

I just received the BEST customer service from Benjamin and Carrie (Manager). Benjamin went out of his way to phone Carrie when he couldn’t find an item that the CVS website said was in stock. The CVS Lansdowne store couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Thanks so much!

They are professional and courteous. People complaining that they answer slowly: they’re busy managing our phone calls. It’s understandable.
