“This store lowkey does not pass the vibe check. TL:DR - Hiring process is crap and annoying to deal with, Hispanic section is good, and their donuts are AMAZING. Come here AT LEAST for the donuts, fr worth it. 8 of my friends (9 including me) never got any kind of response when we applied to work here, plus the managers always seemed to mysteriously unavailable to be spoken to. I've literally called the store, got told to call back the next morning, called the next morning, "Manager on vacation" :/ when will they be back? " X date." Thanks so much. Called back on X date, "She'll be here tomorrow morning" thanks. Calls back tomorrow morning, "Hi, not here. Call again tomorrow morning." At which point I came INTO THE STORE to speak with this elusive hiring manager, just to be told that they were on vacation and won't be back for a while. : ) So suffice to say, hiring process seems messy, outdated, unreliable, and flat out non-functional at times. The website needs to be updated, the employees need proper customer service training because regardless of what I'm calling about, and who's answering, it's always in a tone that sounds like I might aswell be interrupting a neurosurgeon mid incision. The only redeeming quality of this store is what it sells, and I'm not talking standard groceries. Not only does Shoppers have a decent spread of hispanic foods, ingredients, drinks & snacks, but it's also got some of, if not THE BEST donuts you could buy from a store. The donut chains like Dunkin or Krispy Kreme got nothing on SFW donuts, they got Croissant donuts (Cronuts), marble iced, Holland Creme (my favorite), jam filled, lemon pudding filled, boston creme, and of course all your standard donut types like powdered, brown sugar, plain and glazed, not to even mention some specialty ones they have on occasion like the apple pie filled brown sugar, or marbled icing cronuts. Plus they're reasonably priced, which automatically raises the rating for me. (Next I get donuts I'll snap some pictures and add them!)”

“First time here - Fancy, Expensive, Yet Lovely...Usually Whole Foods is the only upscale grocery store that comes to my mind until I went to Wegmans for the first time. There were some hard to find items that I have not been able to find in Wegmans that I can't find in any of the grocery stores here: Lapsang Souchong Tea, Chamois pepper sauce for fruit, and Hing for seasoning my mung beans. Yet I was impressed by the well displayed fruits, meals, and kitchen/ dining ware. The wine & beer section was very impressive. I got an Australian wine and a Grateful Dead Cabernet. I wanted to buy more wine despite I have stopped drinking until the holidays, yet I know where to get a good priced wine from New Zealand, France, or Australia. Wegmans Veggie chip snacks (24 bags for $12) and baked chips in small bags were a steal. A bag of pears for $5-$6. 12 packs of Asian seaweed snacks for $7.99. Everything I purchased was an affordable deal despite the store having mostly high priced expensive items. I was tempted to buy a fruit or cheese appetizer platter until I saw the price was $22 or more. $6.99 for jumbo juicy blueberries was a pass too. Wegman snack & food products and high quality wines from foreign countries at very affordable prices are the reasons why I will come back to this store.The Wegman shopping card membership is free and scores you reduced prices on their products. You don't need a card to access it - just sign up for it at customer service. They have reusable shopping bags for 99 cents. Their grocery carts have drink holders too - a big plus.”

I only started shopping at the store back in March and I don't know if I have ever shopped at a grocery store where the staff has been so friendly and really seem to be happy with their job. “This place is my primary grocery store since I live so close. Clean and organized and the employees are helpful. Three concerns are 1) they only ever have soda sales for like buy one 12 pack get two half off. That isn't easy for someone w out a car and it seems to result in the least affluent customers being unable to take advantage. I am not sure if sales are set at the store or by the vendor (Pepsi or coke for example) 2) their vegan options seem to have decreased over time which is pretty frustrating given I am vegan and would like options to be available. E.g. **tiny** selection of meat replacements, frozen pizza, and I struggle to find nutritional yeast or non ice cream dessert options. Small concern I guess but Giant, Wegmans and Whole Foods seem to have more. 3) paper bag stocks are unpredictable. One day they have an excess and the next the only option is plastic. I don't take bags w me every time I shop but bc I use paper bags to hold my recycling it's a bit annoying and plastic bags are always available and terrible for the environment. Would love more stores to phase them out.”
“The pharmacy staff at this location are so incredibly kind and helpful, and I've been blown away by the level of service and care. Most pharmacies I've gone to in the past, it feels like it's impossible to get somebody on the phone, and even when someone does speak to you, they come across as rushed, impatient, impersonal, and often not effectively helpful. The staff at this Safeway pharmacy are so wonderful, and I am so happy to have switched over here. Everyone is always kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and you can really feel that they care. I don't usually leave reviews, but I've been so impressed and appreciative, I really think the whole staff deserves recognition.”

“Landmark Pharmacy is " tucked" back off the beaten path located in the lower level Of the Landmark Professional Office building . Parking is Never a problem I also work in the same building making it VERY convenient .The pharmacist, Elias, is friendly, polite & I never have to wait for my prescriptions . If it it something that he doesn't have " in stock" he has it for me the very next day before noon! I would highly recommend this pharmacy . It reminds me of the " old days" a nice mom & pop type atmosphere , where they really do care!”

They are always available via phone, knowledgeable, and will help you navigate your insurance to find the most economical options for your prescriptions. There is nearly never a big line. I've gotten vaccines here too, and they did an excellent job. After a few years of coming here routinely I've gotten to know some of the pharmacists, like Rimsha, and every single person has been so kind and competent. You all rock!”

“I was a huge fan of HT when I lived in Arlington, but after moving back to Boston in 2020 I haven't been able to do much shopping there! I was visiting for one night and had a hair appointment in one of the salons above the store, so I stopped in afterwards for something to eat while waiting for the plane home. There are not a lot of stores where I would expect a pre-made salad to be good (and not soggy!), but I knew HT's would come through and it was delicious. It was $7 or 8 and (at least) half the price of what I would have paid for a crappy salad at DCA. The store was clean, self-checkout never fails and if I had more time I would have wandered around much longer.”

Every pharmacist/team member we've interacted with has not only been knowledgable & helpful, but have taken time to build a rapport, and take a genuine interest in our well-being. It's not uncommon for us to pop in to pick up our prescriptions and leave laughing after humorous life updates and the like. This extends beyond our family - they consistently treat everyone with that same level of attentiveness and respect. It feels like a true community pharmacy, something that is increasingly rare. “It's fine. I haven't had issues at the pharmacy like others have mentioned. The only problem I have with this Giant is that the self check out is too strict with where you place your scanned items. If you don't immediately place the item on the small square where the plastic bags are located, it'll interrupt the system and you'll have to wait for a staff member to unlock the system so you can resume. But I've just gotten into the habit of stacking my groceries on that square and then bagging them after I've paid.”

“I received the most incredible customer service from Victoria, the pharmacy tech at the CVS Pharmacy at Lockheed Blvd. A month ago I was discharged from the hospital with pneumonia on a Sunday afternoon. The needed prescriptions for antibiotics and a blood thinner were sent electronically to this CVS (since their pharmacy was open until 10 PM on Sundays).When I arrived there to pick up my prescriptions I discovered that this CVS could NOT FILL ANY OF THEM since they had none of the drugs / antibiotics in stock. Victoria, the pharmacy tech, knew I was in dire need of the antibiotics at the bare minimum and diligently searched thru the CVS system to find other locations where I could fill my prescriptions.I left the CVS at Lockheed with a list of ALL 7 prescriptions, along with their prescription numbers, and which CVS could fill them. This made it possible for me to go to CVS at Duke & have the 3 critical prescriptions filled (2 antibiotics and a blood thinner), and return home.I can't thank Victoria enough for all of her efforts to help me on a very stressful day where I felt like I was on a treasure hunt to find my medicine.She's an invaluable employee; you just don't see that level of customer service very often these days. Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
